Taco John's — Restaurant in Bonner Springs

I normally did like Taco John's in the past that I haven't gone to one in a long time since I noticed they have one in Bonner springs that I decided to give it a go and had a number 2 combo that was with two soft shell tacos and had potato oles and the food wasn't really that good especially the potato oles mostly what I do like about that place mostly they were been like left cold and then it seemed like they had much seasoning on them as they used to have and their cheese sauce taste something like came from a can and the tacos were fine they still had a little bit of spice to them and more times it's not really any place I would have any rush to go back and the atmosphere was pretty much pretty dull it's because it's mostly just a fast food place and it's still pretty clean but it wasn't really actually busy when...

We were on a business trip and stopped in to eat. Everyone in this store was personable, nice and had great customer service skills. Constantly cleaned, wiped up and changed gloves. They take care of their customers. From a business standpoint every one of them offered up sales so kudos to whoever trained them on that. This store deserves to be updated. Corporate needs to come down and fix this run down store to reflect the people that work in it. The paint, baseboards equipment all need to be tended to. This store may not be a million dollar maker for the chain but the people in it that are working for you are so please show them that deserve the best...

Haven't been to a Taco John's in a long while as I moved to Texas several years ago. I decided to hit this particular location because we were on our way west on I-70. I always had fond memories of Taco John's ever since I was a kid in the late 70's and early 80's. I was excited about it and had talked the place up to my wife. Instead, we pull around the building ready to order and find that one of the plastic panels representing half of the menu was completely gone.
