I love turkish/mediterranean food and was excited to try this restaurant based on all the great reviews. The restaurant is located in a large shopping plaza so parking is not an issue. It wasn't busy when we visited but we were greeted right away and offered seating either indoors or outdoors. The menu was as I expected in terms of what they offered. They had a lunch special for $19.99 that included a soup or salad, 1 cold appetizer, and an entree. The whole meal experience built up to a high note but quickly tapered off. The soup of the day was chicken or lentil. The chicken soup looked interesting almost like Elmer's glue. It tasted like chicken but lacked seasoning. The lentil soup was the better of the two. The best part of the meal was the cold appetizer and pita. We chose hummus as our appetizer. It was creamy, garlicky, and paired so well with the pita. I could have had a whole bowl of hummus and pita. For entrees we chose chicken adana and chicken kebab. The kebab looked really delicious but sadly the adana was the better of the two. The kebab was made with white meat. Although tender, it lacked seasoning and had a weird bitter after taste. Perhaps its a seasoning they used? The portion size was just ok for lunch. Overall, the meal was just mediocre but service was good. Next time I'd skip entree and just order the hummus.

We ordered takeout from Fasil for my mom's birthday and the food was just excellent. We ordered 3 orders of the "For Four" dinner packages for 12 people, and boy can I tell you that platter can definitely feed more than 4 mouths. Overall, food was EXCELLENT! The meat was juicy, tender, and the rice was super tasty. I loved having a mixture of different meats (chicken and lamb) in the platter. With the platter came a selection of 4 cold appetizers - we ordered the hummus, eggplant sauce (my favorite), baba ganoush, and cacik (my second favorite). All were very delicious though and went quickly! I called about 1-2 days ahead (I forgot) of when I needed the order ready and paid beforehand. We ended up having so many leftovers it fed 6 mouths for 2 more days afterwards. Overall would highly recommend this place, especially if you are looking for some Mediterranean-style catering! Cannot recommend the service and food enough.

Fasil Mediterranean Restaurant is truly a gem, and the incredible service from Mediha and Mesut makes every visit even more special! From the moment we walk in, they welcome us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, making us feel like family every single time. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor create an outstanding dining experience. Not only is the food consistently delicious, but the care and dedication Mediha and Mesut put into their service truly set this place apart. They go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect, making each visit memorable. If you’re looking for an amazing Mediterranean meal paired with top-notch service, Fasil is the place to go! Thank you, Mediha and Mesut, for making every visit feel like home. We can’t wait to come back! Janka and Freddy.

I have been picking up food from Fasil fairly regularly for a few years and most of the time the food is ok, not the wonderful and certainly not worth the latest round of price increase which have been going since I started going there. Because of the regularity of going, I was able to overlook these things until today.

I went in as I have many dozens of times to pick up my phone order and realized I had forgotten my wallet at home. I offered to pay with Apple Pay which they don’t accept, it looked like they are on an older system. I was in the process of telling the cashier my credit card number and he was unable to enter it correctly, seemingly due to language barrier. The owner came out and got all upset and refused to take my credit card number, even though I have called and given it over the phone many many times. He was rude, angry, and, even after I told him I am a regular, he told me there is nothing he can do. Certainly it was my fault that I forgot the card, and maybe there is a reason for his not wanting to take my card number, but there is no excuse for disgusting behavior toward anyone, especially someone who has spent many thousands of dollars at your establishment over the years. If I had been spoken to reasonably perhaps it would not have so come to this.

This is an example of terrible customer service and there are enough restaurants, many which are better, who value their customers and make attempts to be accommodating.

That was the last time I...

I am a regular customer of Fasil, until yesterday’s unprofessionalism occurred. I ordered their “Mix Grill”, and as I usual do, I asked for extra Taziki sauce (white sauce). The woman rudely refused to give me extra and stated, “We don’t give extra”, even after I offered to pay for the additional sauce (keep in mind they are approximately 2oz-3oz containers). After all the insisting I did, given I’m a stage 3 cancer patient and our appetite is very tricky, to just get a few extra small containers of taziki sauce on the side, with the most disgusting demeanor, she gave me a few extra. However, what I was given was not taziki sauce, it was literally 2 drips of watered down sour cream with sprinkled pepper. With the picture I have attached, you can see how it was a drip of sauce, and how watery the consistency of the sauce is. I am extremely disappointed after the service I received and the quality of the “taziki sauce”. Years of enjoying their meals will no longer exists as I will never step foot into this restaurant again. Being a sick cancer patient, the woman assisting me was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and made me feel as if I was an inconvenience to her. This employee has been working there for years, so I know it wasn’t a new employee. I believe it’s a family own restaurant, but I will no longer recommend or refer this restaurant to anyone due to the disrespect and lack of...
