Walmart — Local services in Boonton

Every time I go here everything is completely rearranged everything is in disarray especially in the children's section, if you ask the staff in electronics were something is they have no clue!!! which is very frustrating I went in for a charger nobody knew which charger I was to use I'm just not sure why you would be working in electronics if you don't know electronics! also it's odd that every time you go here they hardly ever have a register open where people are ringing you up it's always self checkout so I'm not really sure what they have employees for and why us as common people haven't received w-2s for working there when we don't even work there, this Walmart is slack if you're not a self-checkout fan don't go here because they barely have people working the registers I went here and I bought iced tea long story short there was an issue or a glitch in the system in self-checkout causing me to not be able to purchase the iced tea six foreign employees came over and still couldn't figure it out I asked for the manager the manager came who was also a foreigner who also barely understood what I was saying and couldn't help me, long story short this was before an 8 hour shift at work I had went in to get some items to bring in for i n my coworker for lunch, I ended up calling corporate which they said they didn't understand why any of this was happening! well their guess was just as good as mine this is not the Walmart that you want to go to if you're looking for human interaction knowledgeable staff or a regular checkout aisle because they don't have it also once they stock the frozen section in the morning you can bet that it won't be stocked again for the rest of the day so if you're looking to get frozen veggies or a frozen meal you better get there 6:00 7:00 in the morning because after it's all gone you will not see anybody out restocking the aisles! I can't tell you how many times this has happened with basic necessities like eggs milk and cheese it's discouraging also the pharmacy staff are very very rude and very incompetent none of them speak English and they act like they don't care I didn't have my insurance card and as a healthcare professional I know that they're able to access the insurance information via navinet or different verification portals as I used to do this at my job one particular employee told me that they couldn't do it that I need to come in with my card when I spoke to another employee later they absolutely looked it up no problem this particular employee was just being lazy and long story short I was 6 months pregnant suffering from hyperemesis and I needed my nausea medicine they didn't give two flying rat's tails, I typically love Walmart I love their bargains and their prices on certain items but this Walmart makes me hate Walmart's existence also on Clarence they never mark it right so sometimes it's a diamond in the rough you think you're going to pay $3 and you pay $1 which is good but people would buy a lot more if their employees would actually take the time out to tag things the right way and mark them down and put them in the proper...

Got a good deal on vacume cleaner. Love it. I love their cotton clothing. I have bought from high end stores blouses and cropped pull on pants and I will tell you they fell apart after couple washings and other stores their sizes run small not walmart clothing love their cotton clothes the best and comfy. They added bakery items yummmy large size cinnamon rolls, awsome heated 10 seconds, eclairs. I csn eat whole sleeve 😁Went to walmart and all their summer clothes are on clearance and lower prices. You can get tees that are pima cotton for 1 dollar. Pima cotton is used by high end designers and these tees go for 36 dollars on sale in high end stores so if you are ok without having name brands than run and get yourselves 1 to 3 dollar puma cotton made dresses, leggings, tshirts. Never again going to waste money on the same material just to have a name on it. I will tell you if I win the lottery I still wouldn't shop high end stores. Just my opinion. I would rather give away money to needy than to spend 36 dollars for a tee.🥰😁😋 Impeded too add I was skeptical about their burgers. Tell you truth I have had all variety name brands. Famous place brands, and their Angus burgers are the frigging best. I am so obsessed with these burgers, they are heaven, never gonna have to spend so much money to look for a satisfying burger. Pmg heaven, I use Kraft Delie cheese slices, awwwwsssoooommmmeee Update, Walmart please add more variety of sugar free creamers in refrigerator, also please add your brand if frozen meals ,the other Walmart , which us far from me,has. Stuffed shells, macaroni cheese,beef stroganoff, beef stew, beef and broccoli, and many great other selections from great value products, also need sugar free ice cream...

Whenever I am at this particular Walmart, the 1st thing I always notice is how Organized and Clean it is. Which makes finding what you're looking for so much easier.

This most recent shopping experience I had was by far The Best as far as customer service. I had Multiple Large and Heavy items. I also needed a dolley. There was no trouble finding an associate to Willingly Assist me with the 3 large & heavy items. Each one was friendly and helpful.

At the check out, the cashier was efficient, Patient (as I had the large dolley AND a shopping cart Filled with items) and thorough.

At the exit I was unable to get the dolley and large boxes Through the exit door. There was a Line of customers behind me waiting to exit- Literally a Line of Traffic! An employee, who turned out to be a manager, appeared on the opposite site of the exit and Pulled the large, Heavy boxes off the dolley! What a stress reliever! So thankful for that.

Finally, I needed assistance loading my vehicle with the heavy items. There was barely any wait time for someone to appear! This gentleman was as helpful and friendly as the 3 male sales associates that helped me load the dolley and the gentlemen that Unloaded the dolley so I could exit the store!

This gentleman was fast, efficient and allowed me to assist Him in loading my vehicle. I later found out that the last 2 gentlemen were Managers!

What otherwise was a stressful and emotional shopping experience, (personally/mainly for the Reasons I was purchasing all of these items) was made so much easier by the efficencey and willingness of the staff to assist me.
