Welp it’s come time to update this review. Service here has dropped off dramatically since the “remodel”. Last three times I’ve been through the drive thru they have me pull around so I saved a step this time by pulling in and doing a curbside order. Twenty minutes later another customer and I had to walk in to inquire about our food. The new setup has the person expediting orders blocked away behind a wall. They had some poor half literate kid running the register. I waited patiently while she struggled and I mean struuuuugled to get through the one customer ahead of me.
Side note why is this person TRAINING a new hire when they don’t have a grip on the job?
After a whole lot of blank stares and uhhhhhhhh…. I got my food and was told they were making my coffee but at that point I had to leave. Barely made it to work on time. I had a similar experience last weekend. And while we are at it, why is it that the building has had ten remodels in as many years but they can’t build an office and break room for employees? The tables up front are always crowded with employees and managers complaining about one another.
This used to be the only McD's left on earth where you could get prompt, accurate service and hot fresh food every time. Despite having one of the best locations traffic flow wise the line backs up around the building consistently now.

The next day I tried again. Scanner wasn’t working, and this time, there were 2 girls at the register, one said, “Just take it off for her” she said, “no I’m not gonna do that, it’s for a $1, not free” they kept arguing and I said that they just took it off for me last time and I wouldn’t have even ordered it if I had known the scanner wouldn’t work and I couldn’t get the deal. She just continued saying she’s not gonna do that, so I had to pay for something I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place if I had known the coupon wouldn’t work. And the coupon expires today, so I didn’t even get to use it. I told the second window that one girl is saying take it off, the other is arguing that she won’t do that, and that it isn’t fair for customers to hear one employee saying you can, and the other saying she won’t. Today I thought Id like an iced coffee so I ordered a pumpkin spice cappuccino never had it so I thought I could get an iced one because the cappuccino on the menu said iced and she asked what flavor so I picked one....I get to window and this little girl says we didnt have that option so I put ice in your hot coffee is that okay? I said I didn't really want a hot coffee she said do you want more ice so I says ok thats fine I dunno if they were messing around or what but the other girl says can you please pull forward not surprised I did and what I got was weird with carnal in the bottom !
