Update- I emailed Christopher after he replied to by review. It's now been over a week and he's not replied. Looks to be a an empty attempt at an apology.

That was the worst service of my life! We picked from two booths that were not the cleanest. Our drink order was taken right way and brought to the table by the hostess that seated us. She was very nice and informed us that our waitress was also the bar tender. No problem. We ordered. The wrong food was brought out to my daughter. We were seated by the kitchen so we could hear when the food server stated she took hers to the wrong table. So she brought out someone else's. 🤔 OK. Cool. We ate, we were never checked on or offered refills. Which my husband's was empty when the food arrived. The "bar tender" asked if we were ready to go when she finally came over, after we had eaten. I did state a refill would be nice. She stated "I'm not the waitress I'm the bartender." She rudly got my husband and I another glass of water but didn't acknowledge that my daughters glass was also empty. She is infact the one that took our order to begin with. We never received a check so we walked to the hostess counter to pay. I informed the young hostess that was the worst service I've ever received. She instantly got defensive, looked at my husband and said "I'm not the manager so there is nothing I can do about it". I asked if she could get the manager. "Can you let me talk." The most rude and hateful tone. She huffed off and returned with the original hostess. I asked if she was the manager and she said she was. Never apologized for anything that I explained but did explain she was short staffed. When I explained the rudeness of the young girl, the girl got hateful again and asked why I was looking at her and then said she needed to walk away. They did comp the tender dinner that was originally messed up. I have never in my life been so disrespected in a restaurant. This place is a joke. Absolute horrible experience, waited until we got our text saying our table was ready, asked for a booth. Text said our table was ready, got there they went straight to a table and chairs, I said, we asked for a booth. The host said ok well let me see if that will be OK...comes back and says ok we will have to get the table cleaned. Remind you there's only a total of 3 tables taken at this time and plenty of booths available, anyway as we waited for them for 18 minutes to clean our booth, we finally got sat at our non wiped table and food all over the booth, as to which we cleaned ourselves. We ordered our meals, a steak, medium well, baked potato loaded with side salad, and a Philly Cheesesteak with fries. Meals came out within maybe 5 minutes, how?! A medium well steaks way longer than 5 minutes, the baked potato was not loaded with just cheese and chives, no butter, no sour cream. Philly cheesesteak was hard as a rock and the cheese was not even melted and still cold(gross) so we waited until our waiter came back to address our issue, to which she never did, after 10 minutes. I would implore the restaurant to have accurate descriptions of their food. I inquired about my dish, as it was presented with a sauce that did not appear in the description on the menu—it looked and tasted like bbq sauce. The waitress told me that this was their “southwest sauce”. A southwest mystery sauce not aforementioned on the menu?I wasn’t rude, just curious as to why this wouldn’t be mentioned on the list of ingredients. I first thought I was given the pork instead of chicken, because the pork indicates that it is “bbq”. The rating, however, is for the waitress and her poor attitude when I raised the question. Defensive and confrontational. Offered to have the kitchen remake the food, but wouldn’t acknowledge the disconnect between the menu description and the item I received. Then the waitress proceeded to go back into the kitchen and yell loudly to the chef, asking if they had prepared my dish with bbq sauce— the whole thing put a sour taste in my mouth. Clearly there was something else going on with the waitress, because who gets that upset...
