Arby's — Restaurant in Bordentown Township

Disgusting. I went to the drive thru. Nobody came on the intercom after a few minutes, so I drove to the window. Someone showed up there. I ordered 2 fish sandwiches and 2 roast beef sandwiches for my family. I was told they did have roast beef. I ordered 4 fish. Said we had to wait 5 minutes for fish. Wanted a small drink. I was told they only have large drinks. $3.29, never mind. Went inside to wait for fish. He mistakenly gave us 2 sandwiches, so we had to ask for 2 more. When we got the food we went to eat in car. It was ice cold. Buns were colder than air temperature despite having been "browned". The fish was COLD and HARD. I couldn't tell if it was fish or chicken. The lettuce was SLIMY and spread all over the paper wrapper, not mostly on the bun, so it was on the top and bottom of the sandwiches when we picked them up. It got all over our hands.

The entire experience was utterly disgusting. We took the food home to try to microwave it, but it offered little improvement, as the sandwiches were ruined beyond repair.

I will never return to the Arby's in...

Older lady with dirty blonde hair was the absolute RUDEST person I've dealt with anywhere, I usually don't leave bad reviews places but she ruined it. All I ordered was a large chocolate shake...that's it, after I sat for 15 minutes waiting on someone to come to the counter she took my order. Made a rude snark then goes "really" then told me my card wouldn't work. (When I just used it on the TA side of the building) finally takes the extra 2 seconds of her life to manually enter my card. Fast forward there are 2 other guys in here and when she gives them their food she still has the rude attitude gentleman asked for some sauce and she goes it's over there pump it out. "He goes it's a to go order that would be a mess" she tosses the packets at him. Fast forward a few more minutes for my shake has to reason because she bumped it off the screen already, then tosses my...

Don't get my stars wrong. I absolutely love my Arby's and their food. Just fed up with constant harassment by the police everytime (2) I have been there. 1st time the cop pulled up behind my vehicle and blocked me into my parking spot and asked why was I there. Freaking HELLO you didn't notice my large bag of food and drink that has the Arby's logo on it?! State trooper then asked for proof I had to show him my bag of food. Dude I'm fat! If I was there to buy drugs don't you think I would be a little skinner!?!? 2nd time was the same thing only difference was I was not blocked in by the cop car... Dudes don't you know you are hindering Arby's business by acting all ignorant leave the real customers alone. To top it off it was during high noon!! Not at night like you...
