Where do I start....Yeah i’m not happy. DO NOT GO HERE! Service was horrible. Food was horrible, with a weird texture but I was hungry so I ate it. Going through the drive through My adult Family of 3 ordered a total of three COMBO meals & I also ordered an oreo cheesecake. We had to repeat it a couple of times because it seemed as if the MALE worker was occupied with something else. Once I received my food, my cheese cake was missing, one of my fries were filled to the amount that wouldn’t even satisfy a toddler, PLUS they were over cooked. We went back through the drive through to say we were missing a cheesecake & fries because we’re all adults. The meal was $8 so I would like at least a decent amount of fries. We pull up to the window where the FEMALE worker Jaylinn C. says “the fries were on the side of the bag” where we proceed to show her what we received.. & she was like “yeah, we put some in the bag though” As if that was a NORMAL amount of fries. We had a second family in a separate car that ordered an 8 piece family mix & had to wait 20 minutes for it. When it was brought out, they asked for ketchup & the worker rolled her eyes. I can say the chicken was hot, but it did not have any flavor, which turned out to be unable to finish. Read moreThe other night I walk into this location and the Manager says to the cashier/order taker, "Why didn't you lock the door?" The sign says 10:00 PM for the Lobby to close. So I ask about a Deal I had gotten previously and was informed they did not oiffer that deal anymore, which is fine. What happened next was the Straw that will make sure I NEVER patronize this location again. As I am trying to decide, the young lady says to me, "Oh, this is all the chicken we have." It took everything in my power not to blow up, but I realize it's not her fault. I am sure the same worthless Manager who verbally scolded her, in front of a customer, was the one who told her they were not going to cook any more chicken. I would not have not had any problem waiting for fresh chicken, but, alas, I was not even given that option. It is my sincere hope, that the Franchise Owner or at least someone in Upper Management reads this and fires that Manager, or at least re-trains her in why Customer Service is so important in a very competitive field such as fast food. Read moreFirst we walk in, the floors and chairs are sticky, theres bugs on the walls, and then came the attitudes from the employees. While we are ordering, two workers start arguing to each other about how long whatever takes to cook and then they gave US attitude as if we did something wrong. All we did was try to place our order. After we placed our order and were waiting, we overheard the lady who gave us an attitude be very rude to another customer by yelling at her "sides! What do you want for your side?" One thing that we ordered was sweet boneless wings, and when we got it we recieved buffalo wings instead, and when we went to return them and get what we actually ordered, they tokd us that "they are all buffalo wings." Well they could've told us that instead of giving us something we didnt order. And our other order of 3pc mixed, the chicken was nasty and our biscuits weren't fully cooked.
