Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Bossier City

I come to Cane's pretty often, and this location is one of the best locations I've ever been to. I have NEVER had a single bad experience here. The employees are so sweet, quick but communicative and super kind. They take care of their customers, and the location is always clean. I've ordered when they're busy, when it's slow, when there's one or two people in the lobby, and when the drive thru is absolutely slammed. And let me say something - they don't fail to get your order out quick and with smiles. One thing I notice as a customer is the attitude of employees (is it forced or genuine?). And these people seem very genuine, very kind, and they take very good care of their customers. The store is never dirty from what I've seen. Seriously, there were a few people cleaning other tables and sweeping the floor as I was sitting down to eat, and I just watched as they left the lobby spotless. Today, I just had one of the best experiences I've had at this location. If you have a bad experience, it's probably something you're doing wrong. Even if they somehow managed to mess up your order, I promise, they won't fail to make it up and make the situation right. 100/10 would...

Normally I love Cane's, it's one of my favorite fast food restaurants ever. My visit to this location though, was a little frustrating. Maybe it's because I'm from Texas (just visiting for the day for work), but I came in for lunch only to be incredibly unsatisfied. Not only was the staff inhospitable, but I paid almost $8 for my 3 piece meal that included maybe 3 or 4 fries and a whole strip if you combined the 3. I had asked to eat there and they made it to go, which I guess was their reasoning behind giving me such a small portion. The manager said that they measure it out and that sometimes they are a little too heavy when putting it on the platters. So I had to live with what I got. I can honestly say not one visit to Cane's have I even come close to finishing my whole plate, but I ate mine and ordered a kids meal too. I'm pretty disappointed, I wont ever go back to this location, and I sure feel for the people who...

Update as of 1/23/22 Cane's is still great and we can eat inside now. However, at this location it seems as though there is always an employee in the men's room for no less than 20 minutes each time we visit and the dining area could use a good cleaning. Maybe if the kid employees would put their phones down and pay attention to their jobs they wouldn't be in the bathroom forever and the tables and booths would be clean. Other than those things, the chicken and food is great. Edit as of 10/30/22 I'm pleased to say that someone at this location got the message and the employees aren't camping out in the bathroom anymore that I've witnessed and the dining room is clean. No sooner than a guest leaves does an employee come out and clean the table/booth and chairs. The food is hot and great as always and the employees have all been very friendly and courteous....
