Harbor Freight — Local services in Bossier City

I love this store! I have been going to Harbor Freight for majority of my tool needs for years and I'm so glad there is finally one near my area. You will find so many tools here at extremely low prices. Granted, the tools you find here are not the name brands that many are used to seeing, they get the job done. I'm no professional, but I like to do all the handy work around my home. If you have ever considered how much drywall repair, security camera installation, or even a simple oil change can cost from a professional, you may find yourself looking at how-to's on youtube to do the job yourself and save $$$HUNDREDS$$$. I've heard from some people that the tools are not reliable sometimes when used extensively. I repeat that I'm not a professional, and I don't use my tools like a professional. Honestly, how often do you use a screwdriver anyway? But even for those tools that I do use often, I have peace of mind that hand tools have a lifetime warranty (seriously, bring in your broken tools and they'll replace it), and all other tools have a 90 day warranty. And the tools are so ridiculously cheap, I now own 3 hammers simply because I tend to misplace them and decided its easier to buy another than to go crazy looking for them. Outstanding service AND FOR THE PRICE you can’t beat the quality of their hand tools. I know there will be people overlooking the FOR THE RIGHT PRICE and HAND TOOLS part and have some crazy remarks but hey, trolls will be trolls. Back to the hand tools, if I do have a problem with one I’ve never had a problem with customer service nor, on that rare occasion, have I had a problem getting it exchanged. No questions asked. Went in to buy a lift. I've been trying for a solid month to buy a lawn-mower lift they advertise on their brochures as on sale. One is displayed in the store, but they won't sell the "floor model". Every week but last week they said to "Check back Tuesday; maybe it'll be on our next shipment." Last week a lady said she'd make sure one was on their order.I went in to buy it and was told it's not there and they cannot order.
