It was OK. Staff were tidy and reasonably efficient. No surprises here, a typical Burger King. I miss the days when they used to flame broil their burgers. UPDATE: This Burger King location has been going down hill for a long time. The physical condition of the parking lot and drive through are in decline. The staff seem nice enough but their ability to communicate in English is questionable. This can make ordering a chore. The Burger King corporation has been pushing business through their phone app. This staff has a great deal of trouble entering app deals and I almost never receive the crown points that I earn from here. Finally, I stopped for lunch at about 1pm on a Thursday. Walk in was locked. No sign, no explanation just locked tight. I used the drive through. The order taker could not understand the order through the drive through so I drove around to the window. They were not happy that I drove around but the only way they could process the order was to see the order codes on my phone. This stretch of road has Burger King, McDonald's, Popeye's, Chick-fil-A and Taco Bell/Long John Silver's. Burger King is the least busy and needs the most maintenance. These days everyone is blaming COVID for everything. Speaker in drive through is broken so we had to drive to the window and wait. Long wait. Very long wait.
Ordered a Fish meal, and a regular fish sandwich meal with medium fries. Asked if the fries were fresh, was told yes. BUT GOT SMALL FRIES, COLD AND MUSHY. The sandwiches were Junior, not regular size.. We did not ask for Junior. The fish was burned. Had barely any tarter sauce or lettuce. The second item we ordered was a crispy chicken and medium fries. Got small mushy cold fries and burned chicken. I wish there was a way to bring the food back and throw it into the store. It is garbage and belongs in garbage bin. But we drove home to eat so did not find out how much our our order was screwed up. Disgusting.
But the adventure does not end there. No receipt in the bag so found restaurant number on Google but when I called it was disconnected. Si I want to Burger King website and filled out guest relations form but the future did not work. My message could not be sent till I stated how I ordered. I would have gladly entered this info but there was no place for it. Amazed this place stays...
Read more10/10 times you can count on “not hearing you at the drive through”. When you decide to wait out of kindness that maybe they are not hearing you a line begins to build up because people discover that BK is indeed still open! Was there yesterday and woman decided to say hello right as we drive up to the window seeing if we can attempt to order at window after waiting 10 minutes at the speaker. She says “you did not order over speaker so I can not take your order” as she is taking orders from people that waited for ten minutes with us behind in line. She swears she didn’t hear us for ten minutes as we just loudly not rudely say hello over the speaker and now we “have backed up” her line. She doesn’t want to serve us because we don’t just drive away after no one responding and then when people see us there more business comes and she would rather be payed to not do her job and have it appear as closed. Life sucks and I imagine she doesn’t wanna be working there but a job is a job and you should do it! I worked a register for 5 years in fast food and I never just did “not hear people”. Would like some reply by management. In all the recent reviews “speaker is broken”. How?! For 9+ months? HOW IS ANY BUSINESS HAPPENING IF THEIR DOOR IS...
