Parking difficult. I went before eleven a.m. So not sure about other times. Clean. Nice staff. However, only 3 showers and one is for the handicapped. Leave swimming area a few minutes before time up to catch one or stand waiting for use. There is a barrier in shower area on the floor, a lip I think they call it, between shower and where you stand to take off bathing suit. I didn't see it at first, and tripped on it! So watch out!
Changing room needs updating. Bathing suit squeezer in lobby, so, I guess you have to walk with your dripping wet bathing suit through lobby to use it. Inconvenient.
It has free coffee in the lobby. Nice touch.
There's a sign on Washington Street, but I feel it could be larger. I missed it the first time I went there and ended up at Dunks nearby. You could easily walk there and relax after your swim with a breakfast sandwich.
This pool is compact, hidden from street, like a Fernando's Hideaway. One could easily miss it, or think it's a private pool owned by condos next to it.
It wasn't unbearably crowded, so I wondered about the difficult parking. The parking area is also used by people who come to the playground nearby, and it seems on the bad snow days, neighbors use it, at least this is what I was told.

No paying with credit or cash. You have to pay in person during the week between 8:30am and 4pm. Registration is not open on Saturdays even though the pool is.
