This has got to be one of the worst if not “the worst” Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to . Chick- fil-A has set a standard that this location can not fulfill and as a loyal customer to CFA I am very disappointed. I was skeptical about coming to this location because food in the North never taste like food in the south and I’m sure this location would struggle in every aspect to run this establishment as it should be ran . After asking a few people their opinions I decided to try for myself . Most people I asked said they refuse to eat at this location because it did not taste the same but I couldn’t believe it . I have tried this location twice and sad to say I was disappointed both times and really sad to say that “I will not be back!!!” “EVER” !!! . I would rather go to Burlington Mass which has a mall location (way better) before it even cross my mind to return to this location . To take it a step further I’d rather get on a plane and go to Atlanta before I visit this “imitation” Chick-Fil-A .
Pros:The people tried to be friendly but I still did not get that “bubbly” CFA feel that I am use to.
Cons: The food was cold (on both visits ) . Only this time I asked nicely for my food to be freshly dropped and I reiterated that “ I didn’t mind waiting ” (I still got cold food ). The food is never fresh here . This food is not cheap and I should never have to ask for fresh food at these prices “, not alone receive cold food after asking for fresh hot food .
I had to repeat my order several times and was asked my name several times.
The restrooms were disgusting ( they had a lobby person) side eye.
Quality is always the main focus and I can assure you that when it comes to this location they do not meet that standard. I took a picture of my trash because this is exactly what this location is ...Of course people will continue to show because this is the closest thing to chick-Fil-A that they have but I will not be back ... save your self some wasted time and whenever your in the south visit a real...
Read moreWe don't have a Chick-fil-A close by to our home. So when we are in the area (usually twice a month), we try to stop by Chick-fil-A to chow down on some of our favorite fast food.
Our typical order is the original sandwich (no pickles) with a little mayonnaise, chicken nuggets (fried or grilled) with Polynesian sauce, waffle fries, and a lemonade or Cherry Coke. When we crave something a little lighter, we enjoy their grilled market salad. If it has been an unpleasant day, we treat ourselves with one of Chick-fil-A's famously fantastic shakes. We are partial to Cookies and Creme, but the seasonal Peach and Mint Chocolate shakes are super yummy too. We haven't tried the frosted lemonade yet, but plan to do so soon.
This restaurant franchise reliably gives us the hallmark Chick-fil-A experience: friendly employees, quick service, delicious food, and clean facilities. In the 3 years we've been coming here, we've only had 2 minor issues that were immediately remedied.
The only complaint we could possibly have is when it gets super busy, we have to wait a little bit longer in line to order food, but food delivery time isn't significantly impacted. Longer wait times are to be expected at all restaurants during peak meal times, especially during the winter holiday season's shopping bonanza. Regardless of how many customers are in the restaurant, our food is freshly prepared and still quickly delivered with a smile.
Even during the most hectic hours, this restaurant maintains a high level of cleanliness. Tables and chairs are routinely wiped down between customers. Their floors and bathrooms are frequently cleaned to keep them up to their hygiene standards. If something isn't clean, they will immediately correct the problem upon notification. In general, I think Chick-fil-A has probably the cleanest facilities you'll find amongst the fast food chains.
In short, this Chick-fil-A restaurant will faithfully provide you with delicious food, friendly and prompt service, and...
Read moreI absolutely love chik fil a, but will never eat at this location again because the service has drove me away. I’m so sad. I just graduated from mass bay in Framingham so I used to go to that location at least once a week and had no issues with the service or the food. I’m from Texas so I know what chik fil a is supposed to taste like, what the service is supposed to look like and this place is terrible.
I do mobile orders all the time because I like rewards, who doesn’t!? Poor college kids probs. I went in and the line was backed up as far as I’ve ever seen it in any chik fil a unless there was a special day of some sort with free giveaways. Trust, I live and breathe chik fil a. The sad thing is I saw someone complain about a mistake, but fix the mistake only for it to be wrong again and the person was short on time and just left with the meal they didn’t want.
I stood there for 20 min waiting for my meal and had to speak up, with no apology for it being so long. They also forgot my straw, no biggie. When I asked for one, they didn’t even grab me one though which would happen at any other chik fil a, but pointed a finger in the direction of the stand. I don’t care about all of that, but it just goes to show the type of service is provided in this establishment and chik fil a usually goes above and beyond.
Ugh. I’m so sad. I’ll drive 35 minutes to see my Framingham peeps still because I just gotta get my fix, but was really looking forward to the close stop in my neighborhood....
