Good coffee when made right mostly the night crew makes it the best I try not to go in the day because trash is always over flowing no napkins the woman's bathroom is always a mess and smells hey just being honest also the table's are always filthy and floors as well no matter what time of the day or night I've actually stopped going there for those reasons and I don't go alone I'm always with 2 other's so I always order 2 ice 1 hot sometimes sandwiches or donuts everyday sometimes twice a day imagine how much a day times 365 days a year your store is loosing because of how your dining room is disgusting there has been times I asked for them to wet my napkins to clean a table for my elderly uncle to have a clean area to enjoy his coffee I've said something to the manager he said it's a busy store well if it's such a high volume store why don't the have like a cleaning captain I mean you have that one person's who comes in the a.m for atlease for 4rs and makes sure bathroom dinning room trash parking lot etc sorry but I was a AGM for a fast food restaurant for a few year's and that's what I did for my store and my store made core always...

Yesterday in the afternoon I was there. Never been there before and I am an old senior. At the register a young tall guy . He didn’t say one word. It looked like almost I was an unexpected burden. I ordered a hot coffee . I waited for a while and nothing was coming. Then he saw me and went to do something and came back handing me a cold iced one. I said “hot please”. He than mocked me , not saying one word, just pointing his finger to a sign reading PICK UP. I could not see that sign from the register area. Neither I had ever been a customer there. He just wanted to give me a lesson highlighting that either I could read around before asking or that I am not able to read. Not a single word. Not a single smile. Thanks to that young and silent teacher I will never stop there again. I am to old to join...

Worst experience I have had at a Dunkin in years. My order rang up to 10.24 so I gave the cashier 21, hoping to get a $10 and some change. First she gives me the $1 back and then messes up my drink order. I asked for an iced matcha latte, but she keeps saying frozen back to me. I keep saying iced and start gesturing to the picture of the frozen latte. Meanwhile she has yelled at me already for claiming she gave me the wrong change and stopped listening when I said iced, not frozen. So of course the drink comes to me frozen. There is clearly no point in asking for it to be redone because she clearly can't be told anything. So I paid an extra dollar for her to mess up my order and tell at me. Never, ever...
