This is the worst dunkin in Boston! The morning cashier pretended to refund me for my incorrect coffee.... When I was gone and looked at my reciept I saw that she only voided the transaction and ran my card for $0.00. This was after giving me a taste of her dusgusting attitude. Telling me that 'there ain't no espresso and we dont have no white cheese.' No refund. Not a shred of decentcy. Terrible way to start a morning.
This treatment of customers is completely unacceptable. They are awful and it isn't just towards me.
I used to go here every morning at 6am before work. It has never been good, but last week I was made late for work 3 days in a row. I order 15min in advance from the app. One morning I watched the girl in charge of the oven arrive to work with her boyfriend and then make his food while I sat there and waited for the food I ordered 20 min ago!! I was the only person.. It's infuriating!! The boyfriend didn't have to pay for his food by the way.
I also want to say that I was once "accidentally" charged $80 for an iced matcha tea and never refunded for it. I escalated this to the customer service line and it was left up to the manager of this location to refund me. She refused to contact me or speak to me when I went in person. One of my bills was late because of this!
The employees of this franchise are disgusting and treat their customers like garbage. They are completely incompetent and unable to get even the simplest order correct, let alone make it edible. Honestly I would give zero stars if I could I went to this location on jan 8th early in the afternoon when I came in the black woman working was busy choping it up or talking to another person for a long while after that person had already got her food instead of taking my order when it was finally my turn I ordered or tried to order my frozen Mancha drink which I had to repeat multiple times to the cashier the black girl got an attitude with me asking hot or iced when I had already said multiple time frozen she than walked away also she didn't have a mask on and made my drink I thanked everyone politely. When I got to my car to enjoy my drink I found multiple black hairs in it at the hight of covid out break I am immuno compromised and take care of three people over 60 years old I returned to the store extremely upset. Upon my arrival she tried to cop another attitude but I was having none of it I explained how I was tired up since 5 am taking care of my sick grandparents and how I couldn't believe a brown woman did this to another brown woman i got a refund and had to demand an apology that another employee gave not the one that did this. Wait times have on occasion hit the 9 minute mark, but the staff is so unbelievably sweet and friendly they make up for it with great smiles and pleasant conversation - it also is a VERY busy location.
In the afternoon, you are hard pressed to get good service. Ive had everything from eyerolls, to brash tones, to my favorite experience (nooootttttt) when I was ignored for literally 3 minutes as the only customer in the place while the staff talked about their argument with a friend and what they were going to to tonight. When they finally allowed me to be fortunate enough to gain their attention, I ordered a large iced coffee.
