Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boston

About the same. Guy got stuck in driveway and I just got back in from vacation my friend helped the guy move car while I drove it back placed in neutral said to what look like manager could you give us a discount because we helped him from holding up drive-thru for their business at Grove Hall dd spot. So no discount for that or even birthday discount my birthday was the 17th only in this area. They would've loss business because his car stopped right at the beginning of line when you 1st enter. Oh by the way my coffee wasn't too my liking we asked for additional almond milk in separate cup so we wouldn't hold up line guy argued twice and on speaker we said 3 almond milks because I don't like dark coffee. Fair to say I won't be coming back this spot is the ghetto dunking. Could've lost out on customers if we didn't jump out suv to assist but businesses lose out on good Samaritans who help them out they could in turn reciprocate by giving the ice medium coffee for free and charged for large ice coffee and donut. Won't get referral from me. Rather go to elgeston dunkin or centre...

Anytime I visit this Dunkin I always use the drive through. On my most recent visit I order a large iced coffee and a sausage egg and cheese. I ask for a large cup of ice and they tell me I can only have a small :/ I cancel my order because any other Dunkin gives me a large cup of ice when I place a paid order. #cheap My visit before that was HORRIBLE again in the drive through I order a large mocha almond iced coffee and then proceed forward to pay , they don't even have mocha almond!!!! The store manager then comes over and says he's sorry if I can wait in front he'll bring it out to me. :/ too much to go back to the front at this location they don't allow right turns from the drive through but ok I go even though there was no one in the drive through behind me. Long story short he went in and out 4 times before I finally got frustrated and said my iced coffee which was tea with cream and mocha flavor (YUCK) was ok. I rarely drive in Boston, this day I had to, had been driving for awhile and needed to stop for coffee, a bite to eat and a RESTROOM (when you are holding it forever, hoping to see a familiar place that you KNOW all 3 needs on your checklist can be met!)and by the grace of God, I see a sneaky little Dunkin next to a stop and shop with plenty of parking for a big-city girl!! Woohoo, so long story short, a great little find, right off of blue Hill Avenue, great, friendly staff, great coffee made perfectly, a delicious breakfast sandwich and a RESTROOM, a quick ask to one of the staff and I'm buzzed in. Moral of my long review is, sometimes we all want a little bit of familiarity, somewhere we are comfortable. Dunkin is just that. No matter where you are, inside a dunkin, is close enough...
