If solid DD experience is 3 star, this place deserves 4.

The food is the same as every other DD, so it really doesn't come into play too much RE:rating unless its lowering stars. Here the sandwiches come out hot, cheese melted, etc. As they should be. Coffee rarely tastes burnt, also as it should be.

The extra star is for the employees here, who work quickly to move the line along. This DD is in Kenmore Square, so its rarely empty. And yet the line moves faster than in other less-busy DDs. And that's all I can ask...

I’m tired of coming here and having my coffee made wrong every time. I spend easily 60/80 weekly every time I order my ice cofffee caramel swirl milk only and every time I get it looks like a milkshake. I’ll go to the location in Cleveland circle, Morton st, roslindale, and Jamaica plain and they make my coffee correctly. The manager is very rude and nasty and gives attitude when I bring my coffee back to be corrected no matter what time of day I come I can always count on this store to mess...

The place is very clean, the employee named John he is a standup fella who has an awesome conversation with you and still makes everything on time for you while working by himself. One thing though is that who ever owns this place should not be making their employees who are making food and drinks also clean their bathroom. Not very sanitary but, every else is great employees and they make a pretty good coffee....
