I will no longer give Nicks my money due to BAD CUSTOMER that happened today. They're always nice over the phone but for some reason, they can't take orders correctly. This happens to me sometimes with their calzone vs pizza. My daughter loves their Buffalo chix CALZONE which we order but they make the pizza instead then we have to wait. Had an issue 5/16 where I was charged for a sausage pizza but only received a lg cheese pizza. The guy finally acknowledged he was wrong, gave me a credit but I was played. Went into Nick's today 5/20 and the 3 guys behind the counter didn't care about my credit, didn't ask who what or why I have a credit. Didn't look on the wall with papers but pointed the wall out to me, FUNNY. The one funny guy stated the manager is at the hospital but will be back after 5 so call him then. Oh really?? I'm trying to order now and when the guy named Raul maybe (cant recall but did get his name on 5/16) gave me the credit after he messed up my order, he didn't say I can only use it after 5pm so why treat me like that?? I'm big on customer service so it took me everything not to go off. My food was ready in front of me on the counter but the comedian behind the counter was slowly taking it away which led me to say KEEP YOUR FOOD!! He assumed the credit was a big credit, no, it was small. I was still getting the food but I was gonna get his name also. But again he grabbed it like I didn't want it still so bye Nick's, it's been real. I miss the other owners who made the breakfast burritos any way. Yall messed up on 5/16 and supposedly gave me credit I couldn't claim and use. I specifically asked the guy on 5/16 how would someone else other than you know about the credit? I ordered a buffalo calzone from here and Spicy fries. Spent over 20$ for food. Even paid extra just to get blue cheese and ranch. The lady I ordered my food with read back to me exactly what I ordered. I get in my car and start driving only to realize they gave me a buffalo pizza instead. I called the same night only to be told that they’re closed and there’s nothing they can do tonight and for me to call back another day. I asked him how will he remember me if he didn’t take my name, my number, nothing. He says it will show when I call back. Now I called back finally only to be told that there’s nothing they can do and I would have to pay for my food all over again! I asked for a manager they say call the next day. Next day comes and I call. First they didn’t let me speak to the manager just went and told whatever they told and came back and said there’s nothing he can do. Then I talk to the manager myself and he tells me he can’t do nothing that I was suppose to bring the food back which no one told me that either. The manager was rude with no type of sympathy or compassion to fix an error made on his teams behalf. After reading reviews on this place it’s clear they had the same issue with the same lady and no type of compensation. I will NEVER EVER spend my hard earned money with them every again!!...
Read moreI ordered 3 small steak and cheese subs made differently on 1/8/22. I reviewed the order 2-3 times over the phone with the female employee that took the order. She kept getting what I said confused, but nonetheless, she repeated back to me what I asked for. I even went as far as giving individual names so there would be no confusion and asked for the sub wrap paper to be labeled. When I get home, after being up since 3am, to finally eat my lunch, I get home and my sub is wrong. Missing tomatoes and pickles. I call for a credit and the male employee that answered the phone refused. $46.28 for 3 subs. I frequented this sub shop all the time. You won’t have to worry about me eating there again. An order is an order. Principal is principal. Your business made an error. The lady that took the order knew she messed up. The sub shop is small. I’m sure they heard each other on the phone taking the order. He offered to remake my sub, I said no because I was not going to drive back to the sub shop, the day after a winter storm to have it remade. So order at your own risk.
