I booked a reservation dinner for my birthday and had put the special occasion as my birthday as well. We had arrived a bit late but they accommodated so we were able to be seated right next to the live music. When the waitress came she asked if we would like sparkling or tap water. I informed her that we would like water to which we never recieved until after we ordered our official drinks about ten minutes later. Saturdays in any restaurant are quite busy but by coincidence there was a bunch of birthday dinners happening around the same time as mine. Every dinner table that had a birthday got a desert with a sparkler in the center, a bubble gun and a song at the end of their check. I was excited for my turn since we had went on my actual birthday. I first order appetizers I wanted to come out first and then our main courses. The appetizers and food came out at the same time to which we didn’t mind since they were small portions. Since I had drunken my drink so quickly I asked the waitress for a refill as my cousin asked for ketchup for her fries. Over an half hour went by as I waited for my drink and my cousin waited on her condiment. Once my waitress returned she brought a water pitcher to refill our water. My cousin reminded her of the condiment and I followed with a check in on the status of my drink. She then returned with the ketchup and she then asked what flavor Virgin margarita did I want. Around 11 pm(another 20 min) the live band had left and the tables around us started to clear. A waiter who wasn’t our waitress came over and brought a to go box since I had asked for it in the last interaction with our waitress. My refill that I had ordered was then given after beginning to pack up. My cousins then left to the bathroom and the check was then brought: we were first given the wrong check and I had called her over for a new one. When she passed me the check I asked her if we were free to go wondering if she remembered that I had told her it was my birthday in the beginning along with my name. She then responded “just sign and tip” I was flabbergasted at the response I had recieved and disappointed. Throughout the gaps of interaction I felt our waitress had completely forgot about our table as I saw move around to every table around us and be apart of most of the birthday songs. Due to me being embarrassed I cried and asked my cousin to ask her for the manager. She came over and asked why I wanted to talk to someone as I dabbed my eyes from crying. She then said she apologized for forgetting and said the desert would be on the restaurant and provided me desert options for the sing along. Instead of giving me the opportunity to share my concerns, I was bombarded with last minute birthday celebration. The waitress then asked if we would like water she stated she would get us water anyway and then left. Although I am grateful I recommend not coming here if you have expectations of superior service especially in a...

Read moreThe worst service we have received. The owner tried to act nice to us, but he was just trying to get us out and never actually solved the issues we had. We called the restaurant before going and were very clear when we asked about if we could dance/if they had latin music. We were told that we could go and dance at the time. We called at 5:00pm. Then when we started dancing salsa, the owner told us we could not dance because it was a family restaurant, so we stopped. We spoke and he told us he would solve it by finding us a space to dance, which never happened. We ordered food, and some orders were never brought to the table. We still stayed. We had further issues with the server when a friend went to the bar to order a drink, and the server did not want us to buy outside the table because of her tip, even though she wasn’t around. She even had a horrible attitude with our friend and then we started arguing with the staff. The owner tried to solve everything by giving us “shots” to be friends with him. He asked us what kind of shots we wanted so we told him tequila. He brought us back shots of juice with some vodka. We thought he was trying to get us to stay so we settled our check and tried to order drinks at the bar. The bar told us that the owner told them not to sell us anything. When we asked why they said we were drunk, we were at the restaurant for 3 hours and only had water and one shot. This was very confusing after the owner gave us shots and said he wanted to be friends with us so we finally left. (But the food we did get...
