Huntington Markets — Local services in Boston

Overpriced/poor selection. The owner is extremely rude and hostile as well. I’ve shopped in the store before and it appears to share a parking lot with the Pho restaurant next door (no visible signage). I parked to pick up food on one occasion and the owner came out of the store, accosted me and tried to get me to shop in his store. When I said I was going next door to get pick up (thought it was a shared lot) he laughed in my face and followed me back to my car until I left. Extremely uncomfortable. Picture of the lot...

I love this place. Best neighborhood shop I’ve ever seen. Great beer wine and liquor selection. Im a big fan of zero gravity brewing and they always have the special packs. Friendliest people ever in there, especially when the owner is in. He’ll yell “hello!” From wherever he happens to be when you walk in and he’s always helpful and quick to get you out and on your way. Im moving out this week and when I told him he offered me all kinds of boxes to help me move. So nice. I’ll miss having a place like...

Huntington Markets has been my local corner store for the past few years. Not only do they have a great selection of groceries and everyday essentials, they also have a REALLY good selection of craft beer and wines. The staff are the nicest people in the world, always friendly and they always make sure that I was able to find what I need. This is a local store that serves the community. I am grateful, thankful, and glad to have Huntington Markets just up the street...
