I wish I could leave 1000 5 star reviews. Drinks within 5 minutes, food within 10. Fabulous ambiance, amazing flavors. Vegetarian options that are actually interesting?? It's rare that I order dessert, but I'm so glad I did. We sat at the bar, Joe was clearly an experienced bartender and it was a lot of fun to watch him make drinks. The Vodka Drink - I've had a LOT of spicy drinks, this one takes the cake. What a flavor. The Red Right Hand - I'm not a scotch drinker. My fiance ordered this. I took a sip and was legitimately questioning whether I actually like scotch because it was so good. Beyond Nashville Hot Chicken Buns - I get to eat steamed buns in Public?? That I didn't make?? These were DELICIOUS. I'm almost in tears. Duck confit buns - fiance had these, loved them. "might've been a little overcooked, if I have to be honest" Peking ravioli - he also got these "really good, better than most Chinese food restaurants." Sticky Toffee Pudding - omg. I wish I had more room in my stomach to eat 5 more of these. I never order dessert because it's so heavy at the end of a meal. This was so worth it.

I love this place. The place by itself looks great. Inside and outside they have nice decorations. The food was great. Everything tasted great. My boyfriend had fried rice with seafood and I ordered Karaage fried chicken. The cool thing about this place is that they change their items on the menu pretty often. When you go there you never know if they will have dishes on the menu from your previous visit. Everything was great except that served our food apart. My boyfriend's dish was served 20 minutes before mine. He was waiting for my dish and by the time they brought it, his food was cold. The waiter said that it happens pretty often. However, I could tell you that prepare the fright chicken does not take a lot of time. No one wants to wait until their friend or family finally got their food and eat your food cold. Another issue was that we sat outside right next to the pipe. The pipe was leaking and all water from the roof was on our shoes. At the end of the dinner both our shoes were wet.

Pretty pleased with my experience at Brighton Bodega. Great atmosphere, and much bigger inside than I anticipated. We ordered the fried halloumi (essentially halloumi mozzarellas sticks) the confit steam buns, and the impossible ramen. Halloumi and buns were delicious, although I asked for hot sauce and the only option was Tabasco, which was disappointing. Since so much of the menu is Asian inspired, I would have hoped at least for sriracha. My drink was really delicious (whatever the archorman inspired drink is), and it was a bit jarring drinking a scotch cocktail from a tiki glass, but I think they pulled it off. Im forever annoyed at how popular it is to include a section of liquor on the menu without prices, and I can’t dock points from BB for that practice, but I don’t think this restaurant’s standing merits hiding the prices of spirits. Overall, the food was good and the drinks we were good. However, the comparatively steep prices will likely prevent me from returning frequently.

Went here on a whim right before dinner time, around 5 pm on a Saturday and got a seat right away. It was pouring rain that day so there weren't many people there but it did pick up around 6 pm. Tapas style so we shared our dishes. Just 2 of us. Got the duck in the buns, gongcha wings, and lobster rolls. I do not recommend the lobster rolls as there were 3 for 32$ and wasn't worth the price. Tasted ok. Buns could be more buttery. The duck and wings were 💣. Wings were mild and sweet. The duck had some sweet sauce and the buns were nice and soft 😉. Also got the blueberry cheese cake dessert thing. Was ok but i don't recommend. We got 3 cocktails and didn't like any of them to recommend. The drinks are on the harder side so if you prefer that then you got options. I definitely recommend this spot and I would go back to try other items. Our server John was great and said the menu changes frequently. The service was also quick and did not affect the quality.

Pros: •Great Atmosphere •Great selection of beer and alcoholic drinks if that's your thing. •The outdoor seating area is simply gorgeous(it was too cold for us to sit outside). •Very interesting and somewhat unique cuisine. •Service was excellent Cons: • Extremely expensive for what it is. •The food was good but nothing to write home about. We had the Nashville chicken steamed buns, Chicken Fried Rice, Fried Calamari and Shrimp, Pork Dumplings, Bulgogi, some fondue potato with bacon and I had Creme Brulee for desert. Out of everything, I only liked the Fried shrimp and the creme brulee. Other folks from my group have enjoyed the chicken fried rice, but I did not. •It's a pain in the rear end to find a parking spot if you're going there for dinner on a Saturday night.

I've been here a few times now, and it's been excellent every time. The service is always great and the food comes out so quickly. They have a changing menu. I think weekly? or monthly? But it's been good every time. Off of this weeks menu, we had Nashville chicken baos, pesto gnocchi, beef birria tacos, banana cream pie, and lava cake. Everything came out great. I wish they put a bit more beef in the tacos, but otherwise, pretty awesome. Again, the person who waited on us was excellent. Great experience all around. Their sister restaurant is Devlin's. The food there is just as great and next door if this place has a wait.
