A Taste of Authentic Greece at Esperia Grill
If authentic Greek cuisine is what you're after, look no further than the Esperia Grill. This gem of a restaurant serves dishes that are not only traditionally Greek but also consistently excellent, with an attention to detail that rivals the charm of the Aegean Sea itself.
Their moussaka, a sublime example of Greek-style eggplant lasagna, is a triumph. Prepared from scratch, the dish was a delight to the senses, with the juicy and tender eggplant providing a delightful contrast to the robust flavors of the other ingredients. If you're not a moussaka fan already, you will be after trying this version.
Complementing the rich main course was a beautifully balanced salad served with an original dressing. The creaminess of the dressing boosted the appetite, adding a nice balance to the robustness of the moussaka. The fresh, crisp vegetables and the creamy dressing were in perfect harmony, creating a symphony of flavors that will keep you coming back for more.
What makes Esperia Grill even more appealing is the warm, friendly service. Staff members are not only attentive and professional, but they also add a level of personal touch that enhances the overall dining experience. It's clear that they care deeply about the food they serve and the customers they serve it to.
In conclusion, Esperia Grill is a must-visit for anyone looking for an authentic Greek dining experience. The combination of delicious, traditional food and friendly service creates an atmosphere that's hard to resist. I'm eagerly looking forward to returning to try more of...
Read moreMy husband and I were parked in the same parking lot with our infant daughter. My husband had been in the Dunkin (which shares the parking lot) and my daughter was having a meltdown, so I was feeding her in the backseat. Somebody who works at this restaurant came out and started screaming through our window to move the car, my husband told him we would move the car as soon as our daughter was safely back in her car seat. He kept screaming at us and pulled out his phone and tried to put his phone through our window to film our infant daughter while she was breastfeeding. We told him he would absolutely not film our child and to back away from the car. He refused and continued filming while I tried to cover my daughter’s face. Once I did safely get my daughter in her car seat we did drive away, but he kept screaming and filming. I would never want to dine at or order from a place that has such disrespectful staff/owners and fill infants after being explicitly told not to. This place deserves no service...
Read moreI've been to Esperia several times since moving here in 2010. It was actually the first place I went when my parents visited for a low key and excellent dinner. Everything is wonderfully fresh, the prices are quite respectable, and the portions are wonderful. This is a happy median between Greek Cafe/Pizza, a Taverna, and a family style Greek restaurant with all the usual favorites.
I have had many items on the menu, and will only point a few: the cold appetizer sampler is something everyone should share with friends at least once, their dinner specials are a tremendous value (all of them), and the Greek dressing they'll give you (and also sell by the bottle) should be under no circumstances wasted. The mousaka and keftedes are probably the best in the city, I'm in love with the way they spice lamb, and save room for the baklava and galaktobouriko.
Great for a date, wonderful to bring friends, and perfect for takeout. My sole complaint is they are not...
