The current status: the owner gave my money back a year after my purchase. The below review is what I posted 6 months ago: This business is a complete SCAM. They take your money and never give you your order or your money back!!!!! Don't shop there.... I ordered a recliner sofa on September 1st and was supposed to get my sofa on November 9th. I have been calling and going there in person and the owner, Oleg kept telling me that he will deliver and gave me different excuses. Finally, I told him that I am tried and want my money back and he told me to go there a week later to get my money. I wnet there then and several times afterwards as he told me to go get my money and every time he gave me nothing. It has been three months after that week and he did not give me my money an he is not even answering my calls any more. I submit a claim with consumer protect and they call him several times and still he did not give my money back. He did the same to lots of other people that you can see their reviews on Yelp, Face book and google that I have contacted them and we are making case for him. I am submitting a claim to court for my case. General attorney of Boston has so many complains against him which they are going after him with a public case. I hope...

Although the site forces me to give one star, I actually give this place zero stars. I purchased 6 dining chairs in January 2017, and as of today April 6, 2017 and I still have not received the chairs nor a refund. If the business cannot supply the furniture, then they should at the very least supply a refund. Instead they took my money and didn't provide anything in return. I have the paid receipt from my purchase. When I try to check on the status of my order via phone or email, I don't get a call back nor an email response. Terri keeps giving me excuses as to why the owner hasn't called me back yet, but the excuses have gotten old after months of not getting a response.
