I recently had the pleasure of dining at MDM Noodles in Boston, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the stage for an incredible culinary journey.

One of the first things that caught my attention was the thoughtful touch of having garlic chili oil readily available on each table. This small but significant detail immediately hinted at the authenticity and attention to detail that awaited me. As a lover of spicy flavors, I couldn't help but be excited about the potential it held for enhancing my dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show—MDM Noodles' hand-pulled noodles. Amazing would be an understatement to describe the sheer quality and flavor of these noodles. Every bite was a testament to the chef's expertise and dedication to the craft. The noodles had the perfect balance of chewiness and tenderness, and their freshness was evident in every mouthful. It was evident that great care and skill went into their preparation, making them a true standout.

All in all, MDM Noodles in Boston is an absolute gem. With their remarkable hand-pulled noodles, the delightful addition of garlic chili oil, and a staff that goes above and beyond, this restaurant has captured my heart and taste buds. I can't recommend it highly enough to anyone seeking an authentic and unforgettable...

I'm not sure why this place is rated so highly. I came here with a party of 4, and our experience was terrible.

Service was terrible - we were basically never attended to, because the employees were all sitting at another table eating and chitchatting. We were also served water bottles with paper plates, which is just puzzling considering our total bill was around $100. You'd think they could at least do dishes.

Food was bland. I'm Chinese, and this food did not taste authentic or good at all. The "house noodle" base broth tasted like I was drinking water with a little salt. The portion size was also insane. There were WAY too many noodles for everything else in the bowl. I ended up having like half the bowl in noodles by the time I finished everything else.

The worst part, though, was the fact that we ordered house dumplings (appetizer), and got it around the same time we asked for the check (30 minutes AFTER being served our entrees). After they brought the dumplings and we asked for the check, the only thing the hostess said was, "Oh, leaving so soon?". As if we hadn't already spent like an hour in the restaurant.

Do not recommend coming here. Terrible service, and honestly probably the worst Chinese food I've eaten in...

Sometimes you don't realize the hidden gems in your own backyard! MDM is certainly one of them.

The food is delicious. We had the hand pulled noodles, hot pot fish fillet and the mala veggie stir fry. We asked for everything to be mild spicy and they absolutely got it right. The hand pulled noodles were the right amount of chewy, delicately spiced and well cooked. The fish fillets were fresh, crispy and very tasty. For the stir fry, we selected a veggie basket. You get to select the veggies that go into your stir fry but the server does it for you. They have bok choy, broccoli, lotus root, tofu skin, bean sprouts, mushroom, cabbage, noodles, fungus and a few more - unfortunately no labels on the veggie containers. So ask your server what they have. We got a little of everything and is was great - the veggies were crisp, you could definitely taste the spicy sauce but it wasn't overpowering.

Customer service was friendly too. They patiently answered our questions. Parking wise, there's a municipal lot out back or street parking.

In our books, MDM is a big hit and we'll certainly be back especially for the hot pot...
