Prieto Empanadas — Restaurant in Boston

The empanadas here are to die for. They're so delicious when they're hot and fresh from the fryer. I'm usually not patient enough to wait but when I do it's so worth it. They have a wide selection of empanadas so there's something for everyone. The staff are nice and they have a delivery/pick up service. The empanadas are large and have a flaky yummy crust. They also have tons of juices to choose from. The food may seem pricey but it's totally worth it. 10/10 would recommend supporting this local minority...

Very very RUDE woman working at the counter. Have been coming here for years and never had an issue until today. She had an attitude with another customer as I was walking in and proceeded to get loud, roll her eyes, and ask her why was the customer was still in the store all because she wanted more sauce for an overly cheesy empanada. I was so disgusted that I left. God forbid I wanted extra sauce. I would have gotten the same treatment. Very distasteful. That women needs...

Delicious and friendly! Counter service with a couple of stools, so it's not a sit-down experience. But we were happy to trek there for the ONLY vegan empanadas we could find in all of Boston! Good, fresh food. They've got a wide array of meat, seafood, and vegetable choices and have specials each day as well. If they don't have your favorite ready, they make it for you right away.
