Starbucks — Restaurant in Boston

My friend ordered a vanilla coffee from here this week during her morning commute, the employee did not know how to make the order. Although every other Starbucks were able to make her order, this one could not. Once confronted on how come, they rudely dismissed her out of the coffee shop while taking her money. We tried to ask for the money back since they did not make the drink but they refused to give our money back. Instead, they gave dirty looks. So no drink, but took the money. I was not aware that Starbucks tolerate customer theft. Employee here was not properly trained. I firmly believe that providing coffee beverage is important to the American work force, it enables many of us to get through the chaotic morning. Additionally, It is also true that morning individuals before coffee can be difficult to deal with from time to time, nevertheless Starbucks employee should not treat customer poorly. Heard one barista shout at another employee, possibly jokingly, but continued to make inappropriate comments and referred a trans-worker as a "thing." I told one of the lovely baristas that they need to take this to their manager because this behavior and hatred is unacceptable. I go back a couple weeks later and the woman is still there, but I overhear the worst this I could have witnessed!! This really pushed my buttons and as a proud member of the trans-community, I will not be coming back to this establishment because this one barista made me feel inferior and was being COMPLETELY out of line and should not be working amongst hardworking students. It is completely unacceptable what happened to us. My wife and I went to this starbucks at 5:50 am supposedly it would open at 6:00 am according to Google and according to the signs at 5:30am my wife was standing in front of the door for about 20 minutes a guy knocked the glass door, someone opened and explained that they won’t open. My wife kept on waiting because the guy was about to leave and they did hand signed him. They opened the door for him and seeing us there in front of the door and still ignored us.
