Stefanos Pizza & Sub — Restaurant in Boston

About two years ago this used to be one of the best places in Boston to get pizza from but at some point the original owner retired and since then their pizza has almost become uneatable. The pizza the new owners are making has almost no crust and is usually overcooked and burnt making it too crunchy to eat. I've given them a few other tries after asking if they could cook the pizza differently but every time it comes out just as bad, if not worse. Ive included pictures of the pizza I got today after deciding to give them one more try. It was a mistake. Thankfully it was ordered through Grubhub and they refunded me the price of the order after seeing the pizza. I highly recommend finding another restaurant if pizza is what you planning to order. I really don't even want to speak negative about this place because this man be in there daily by himself but I mean it is what it is.. don't stay in business just to rip off your customers😡 so you have a lunch special for $9.50 for a large sub chips and a soda but why not fill the bread with the meat that I purchase🤬 Not even worth the headache..just eat at home❤️ As a person who graduated culinary arts school and learned food cost standards this is not the way!! you can easily satisfy customers, still make your money and be honorable in your business learn that!

The man who works their always gets my order wrong one time I said I wanted a simple chicken tender sub with nothing but mayo and lettuce tell me why this dude adds mayo lettuce cheese and onions and no matter how many times I say no CHEESE on the sub the old guy still adds cheese and not even a small amount he just fills the sub with thick cheese It's like he just has some moral code to never not add cheese to a sub only good thing here is the 8...
