As an enthusiast of delectable cookies, I had the pleasure of experiencing a culinary delight at The Half Cookie. I am grateful enough to work near the Seaport Popup and from the moment I stepped through the door, I was enveloped in an aura of warmth and hospitality that radiated from both the owner and their dedicated team. This made me go, 8 times in a row, but it didn’t stop there. I placed online orders and had to follow THC on Instagram and stay up to date, always.

First and foremost, let's talk about the cookies. Each bite was full of delicious flavor, a harmonious blend of quality ingredients and expert craftsmanship. From classic chocolate chip to fun flavors like Boyfriend Material and Cookie Butter S’Mores every cookie surpassed my wildest expectations. It was evident that only the finest ingredients were used, resulting in cookies that were not only visually stunning but also irresistibly delicious. You can not help but eat the whole cookie, try and resist.

The owner and employees go above and beyond to ensure every customer's experience is nothing short of extraordinary. Moreover, the owner's passion for their craft is palpable in every aspect of the business. The owner and employees made each of my experiences amazing and made me love the business more and more.

Cute little coffee and cookie shop located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. We went mid-week and were the only ones in the store. The coffees were good, we had Vanilla Cherry and a seasonal animal-cookie special. The Vanilla Cherry was very mild, next time I would probably ask for extra syrup as I love cherry! The animal cookie was gold as well, very mild strawberry flavor, I would probably ask for extra of that next time as well. The espresso itself was amazing! Not bitter at all, and not weak either. The cookies are insanely good. We had a cannoli cookie and a funfetti cookie. The cannoli was AMAZING (as a cannoli-lover) and the ricotta helped even out the sweet cookie. The funfetti was good too, but very sweet. Small inside, only 2 little tables and some benches, I can see it being very hectic on weekends! Will definitely return to try more...

We came in after seeing a viral video recommending a specialty latte here. We were excited because, out of all the coffee shops around the area, none really make a decent “craft” coffee drink. Upon arriving we learned the espresso machine was down but the owner was on the way. We waited and it was so worth it! The owner was incredibly kind; they made us two cookie butter drinks with cold brew and cookie butter cold foam and cookie crumbles, and they were stunning. The heart shaped straw (maybe for the Valentine’s Day season?) was a nice touch. It’s the little things, honestly! Lattes everywhere are so expensive these days, so the attention to detail makes it worthwhile, plus the taste was 10/10 — not overly sweet and the coffee is locally roasted which is cool!
