You might as well just close this location because if they are open the service is so terrible you can't get any food within 20 minutes. I figured today I would give them another chance and go in there but it's not even 7 o'clock and they are already closed and the employees are just sitting out on the curb in the parking lot and waving customers away. I'm not even gonna bother going in there anymore. If you need additional feedback in order to figure out what's going on then you're obviously not paying attention to the service or business at that location. Board up the doors and windows. Or maybe sell it to somebody else that can actually run a business.
Original comment: Service has gone so far downhill here. It's really sad because they had great food and used to have excellent service. Now they don't even open the dining room and you are lucky if it only takes 15 minutes just to help one car in the drive-through. If there's 1 or 2 in front of you, you're looking at almost half an hour. Sorry, but the food isn't good enough for me to wait that long at any drive-throug, or most restaurants for that matter. I know the pandemic has put a strain on everything but it's been nearly 2 and a 1/2 years and apparently our ability to maintain customer service was hanging by a thread before that since it's essentially non existent now this location as well many other businesses. Read moreThe employee who took our order (5 items in total) had a very difficult time understanding the order; repeating items back multiple times, changing items we had ordered, leaving items out, etc. When we made it to the window, our entire car was filled with the overpowering smell of weed. After payment, the employee working the window proceeded to sit on the front counter on his phone, back to us. We didn't see who was working the kitchen, but we did see an older woman who was presumably the manager walking around without a mask. She repeatedly shoved her unmasked face into our takeout bag (to smell I guess? See how bad it smelled of weed?) before she noticed we were watching, at which point she finally put on a mask.
One of our sandwiches was very poorly wrapped, two were sloppily made, and one was missing ingredients all together.
This location is at a major risk for COVID transmission, and for food safety violations. If the staff is playing this fast and loose with basic health and safety, it almost guarantees there are larger issues and violations within the store. Read moreWorst arbys of my life. Stay clear of this location. After a 15 min wait in drive thru (1 car ahead of me is all) I finally was served. I asked for my beverage and Angie closed the window and walked off. The Dr. Pepper is almost all water faint sweetness no flavor the potato cakes are in pieces and the AR ys Double Regular the top bun is upside down and the bottom so soggy you cant pick up sandwich. The wrapper ia soaking wet and torn in half. Sandwich laying on bottom of bag not even fully wrapped. And bag it was all in is ripped half way down side. All of this I discovered upon arriving home 5 min away when i sat down to eat. Called them immediately and a child claiming to be the manager answered. VERY RUDE made no move for refund or replacement kept arguing and making excuses. I asked for her boss and she hung up on me. I called back she yelled call tomorrow and hung up again. Do yourself a favor stay as far away as possible from these unmonitored untrained s art mouthed Indian brats...they have no business being behind tbe couter preteding to be adults.
