Deli Zone on The Hill — Restaurant in Boulder

So I visited yesterday... Bad choice, truly. Firstly the store is tiny (not an issue it self) But it becomes a problem when the staff cannot be bothered to put product away properly making a maze to get to the register. Possible ADA issue with the way this store is, waiting to hear back from County of Boulder on that complaint. Next the woman behind the counter crafting the food, she wasn't wearing gloves while handling the food she was preparing, nor a hairnet and with hair shoulder length and longer pretty sure that's a requirement when not in a bun or ponytail. She was wiping her hands on herself also, GROSS! The guy behind the counter appeared to be high, maybe just tired, I'm not sure but he was certainly nice. It was about lunchtime so it was a little busy but due to lack of space other patrons were sitting on the floor playing with their skateboards making it quite difficult to navigate and when asked if I could scoot by I was ignored (Rude patrons seem about par for the way this place, not the owners fault but wow!) So despite all this I still tried the Italian something or other... Well about 830-9pm last night my stomach distress began (Only thing I ate all day so pretty sure this place was the cause but of course not 100%) diarrhea and extreme stomach cramps for about an hour. So this morning I start milling around the other google reviews and notice pictures of worms or maggots in someone else's wrapper... I didn't want to assume this was Deli Zone's fault but after seeing that, well I'm certain. Never ever coming back to this location and definitely suggesting to avoid unless you're a regular as you've likely developed an immunity to the bugs...

i called for delivery at this place because the other place on baseline accused me of credit card fraud over a dispute about disgusting rotten food that made me sick within 5 minutes of eating half the BLT. I ORDERED 3..i even told them to come and pick them up which he said he would do in the beginning but changed his mind cuz he thought i was committing fraud lol. Nani? makes sense right... anyway at this place this guy puts me on hold, but not before telling him this is for delivery.... 5 minutes on hold, when he comes back he asks for all my information.. after i give him all my information he tells me you know what we arent delivering today no driver. first time ever trying to order at this location and the last. worst deli to order from on...
