No complaints on Food taste but utterly disappointed by the Manager's response. I am an Indian by origin and I am a pure vegetarian. I placed an order for Vegetable Biriyani from this restaurant and I made sure multiple times not to add any mushrooms in my order when I placed the order. My order was placed around 9:45pm and they told us it would take about 10-15 mins for the order. When I came back at 10pm, my order was not yet ready. I had to wait almost another 15mins to get my order. Once I got my order, I took it to home and served it on a plate to have it. There I noticed that my order does contain mushrooms. Then I called the restaurant from home and informed them that my order does contain mushrooms. The person who took my order picked up the phone and she was polite enough to ask sorry and gave the phone to the Manager who was rude in responding to me by arguing that I made a mistake by placing this order. I don't understand how this guy became a manager with that sort of anti-social attitude. I just hoped a simple sorry would've worked by accepting their mistake. But the way he acted did spoil the reputation of the place. I know that getting pure vegetarian food according to our preference is really hard in US. But even after making sure that our order is right, going through this sort of scenario is really a nightmare. Message to the manager - "Please learn how to behave with...
Read moreThis is my hands down number one FAVORITE restaurant in Boulder for many reasons.
Firstly, the food is amazing par excellence. The main reason I LOVE the food is because they don’t put any sugar in the sauce. This makes their food among the absolutely most healthy choices to eat in Boulder. Their food, packed and perfectly balanced, with very healthy spices is so healthy and boosts the immune system. Eating here is literally part of my health regimen, even if I eat a burger because they have a burger with the healthy masala sauce. If you eat this food your health will improve greatly!
Secondly, the reason this restaurant deserves all stars is because of the staff. They are truly like family and treat everyone with care and respect. The owners truly care about their customers, and that’s why they use the healthiest ingredients and don’t put sugar in their sauces like the other Indian Restaurants in Boulder. The owners are not people just looking at the bottom line, but they focus on caring for their customers and providing good service and even greater food.
I truly love this restaurant and recommend it to everyone. I truly feel good feeding my 4 year old son this food because I know it will contribute to his health...
Read moreAnother Outstanding Visit to Gaia – This Time at a New Location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gaia again, but this time at a different location—and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully designed. You can feel the same high standards and passion for quality that make Gaia such a standout spot, no matter where it is.
The highlight of my visit was, without a doubt, their Masala Burger. It’s honestly one of the best I’ve had. Perfectly spiced, full of flavor, and made with fresh, wholesome ingredients—it strikes a great balance between bold Indian flavors and comforting burger goodness. Every bite had that delicious, crave-worthy kick that keeps you coming back for more.
The rest of the menu also looked fantastic, with plenty of healthy, vibrant options for every kind of eater. Whether you’re vegetarian, vegan, or just love good food, Gaia always has something exciting to offer. Service was warm and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
If you haven’t been yet—or even if you have—Gaia is absolutely worth a trip. It’s rare to find a place that’s consistently excellent across locations, but Gaia...
