Allow me by saying that burgers here are off the chain! They are super delicious! We visited The Sink for dinner with my co-workers and all of us ordered their various burgers. Everyone was very pleased with their food. In my opinion their portions were adequate to their prices. As for the service goes I would have to say that our waitress (for the lack of a better word) was not either in the mood or just didnāt care. She showed very little to no enthusiasm while she waited at our table. We had to constantly ask for pretty much everything (extra napkins, straws and etc). Atmosphere felt little too loud and not so tidy. There were some dirty napkins, other used items on the floor across the dining area. Restrooms werenāt clean. Iām not sure if itās always like this or if we just came after their rush hour⦠not sure about that. But for the first impressions, I was not impressed with the inside atmosphere. Parking can be tricky. We had to drive around for a couple of minutes to find street parking. Luckily someone pulled out from a parking spot nearby and we were able to park our car. Otherwise, it might have taken longer for us to find a parking. All-in-all I would like to visit here again. I personally really like the food here. I hope Iāll be visiting here again when Iām back to Colorado next time.

Visiting CO and my husband found this gem and I couldnāt have been happier. We arrived on Friday 8/30/24 and as a college town I was certain we would be waiting however, we added our name to this list and were seated in about 15 mins. Service was great here. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I will say, ceiling is low and the sound can be a bit overwhelming especially if it is peak time. I loved all the art and writing on the walls and some were freakin hilarious! Husband ordered BBQ Bacon burger and I had the famous Buff Mac. We did order a michelada as well. Burger was cooked to perfection and the sweet potatoe fries were his favorite! I had to snag a few and they were the perfect amount of sweet and so crispy! Guy Fieriās pic and review - I knew I had to get the buff Mac and man oh man, this was amazing! Cheesy, full of flavor, plenty of buffalo sauce and blue cheese with every bite! Michelada was okay, nothing to rave about but thatās okay. The food def made up for it. A wonderful place and a place we will def return to in the areaā¦.in the mean time I will try and make my own buff mac haha!

Historic, fun, delicious! This place has been featured on cable foodie shows and visited by random celebrities to a former president. First time in and I can definitely see why. The Staff was fun and attentive. The food was great! I was even part of a large party so I was expecting a longer wait for the size of our group and dining at a peck hour. That exception was not met. The server Joe was all over it and called out back up as needed. The only thing near a complaint I heard around the party was that the Mac and cheese was a little different because they use a house made beer cheese sauce with Fat Tire. Now that's a personal taste thing, I thought it was quite good, I make a beer cheese at my kitchen but Corp makes me cook it down with cheaper on tap stuff, so I can tell the difference. But all and all, fun place, friendly staff good food! Bring a Sharpie and tag your name on the ceiling to leave your mark but if you are over 6 ft tall, I'd just get it via uber/grubhub cuz you ain't gonna fit comfortably in this hobbit hole of a refurbished basement. Enjoy!

TLDR - sticky tables, great food, order the sliders and pizza The bad stuff first - Itās chilly inside and you feel like youāre in a childās bedroom who has been let loose with crayons, you canāt book and the menu has to be viewed on your phone and the tables are sticky. However the food is pretty good. Staff are friendly and the mini sliders on the appetisers are quite literally to die for. Ignore the fries as a side with it as they are bland and rubbish but the bread, slider and onions are magnificent. If i went back again Iād just order two plates of them. The Pep Pep Pie has an ugly and letās be honest a bit of a yeasty but bland crust but they pretty much just layer so much pepperoni on there with the sauce and jalapeƱos and cheese that you donāt really want to eat the crust as the main part of the pizza is great. For so much pepperoni there is surprisingly little grease. Service was quick, food was tasty, parking was a bit problematic but itās worth making the trip to eat there.

Had to check this place out because of Triple D. You know Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. I've been to a few Guy Fieri approved spots. This one is definitely a unique place, I really think the best part about it, is the history. So much to take in, you kinda want to comb the whole establishment reading the stories on the walls. Now the food....it was good and all but I was not blown away. I had a hard time finding something I really wanted that was not a regular pizza, burger or had all kinds of ingredients to make it fancy. The fries were lackluster at best, I think Captain Ds are several times better. But really I think everyone should visit The Sink, it is quite the visual experience. I apologize My Wife just reminded Me I did get My mind blown... The home made Chicharrones were crazy good, like nothing I expected. Definitely a new bar on that level of flavor.
