Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Boulder

Awful memories, We have ordered pizza online around 5:00 PM to pick up time 6:00 PM on dated 1/16/2022 at store #6247 (6545 Gunpark Dr Ste 210, Boulder, CO 80301). When we entered store # 6247 to pick up pizza the young guy ask my name and i have provided my name. then he searched for my order #53. but he could not find then he had gone to consult the Lady and they talk for around minute and they acted like we are not in store and they kept making pizza. After 2 minutes, I asked where is my pizza??? The Lady came front and started searching for my order. but she could not find. I give order number #53 and web screen said "Ready to go" " It's boxed and ready to go." The Lady asked if we want to cancel order. We badly need food because we ordered pizza for lunch at work. check it out video. We returned to work hungry. We felt so bad that we chose Dominos pizza on 1/16/2022. I have not cancelled order yet even the lady asked us to cancel order. It was store pick up and pay at store. If they said they could not make pizza for us we would go to next door to eat something but they had us to wait and keep asking if we want to cancel order after 30...

This dominos location is awful. I had several pretty terrible experiences where my pizza never showed up or was around an hour to two hours late. I always laughed it off because I usually received a free pizza out of it. Then things changed. I didn’t receive 3 pizzas in the same day. When one was finally delivered, I was ambushed in the hallway of my apartment complex by a delivery driver, and I’m not exaggerating when I say I felt threatened. I had opted for contactless delivery as it was in the middle of the pandemic. This driver was clearly disgruntled, and waited for at least 15 minutes until I opened my door to retrieve my pizza, then told me his manager was telling them not to offer contactless delivery anymore. I told him it didn’t make sense as it was still offered online. I personally did not feel safe, so I didn’t push it much further. If you are a single woman I would not order from here if I were you. I frequent this Dominos as it's close to my house and the food is always consistently delicious. I've never had a bad experience here, more so have had quite the opposite. Everyone is always friendly but I had a particularly great experience this last time which I think is worth the mention/review.

Charles answered the phone and immediately asked "how can I make your day?" That was very nice to hear and we finished up the phone call, I went in to pickup my order and again was greeted by Charles. That two or three minute interaction was very friendly and not just the average "how are you" type of service but instead a quick conversation that made us both laugh. Having workers like Charles control your experience can immensely uplift your view of a company whether it's your first or hundredth visit. The biggest thing to take away here is that on my drive home I realised that I really did get my day made by those very brief but positive...
