Logan's Espresso Cafe — Restaurant in Boulder

My first and last time here, just because of the service I got. I saw a picture of a menu on here before I went (which is a little different than the menu they have posted in the shop) so I was just a little confused about what was available and what they had. The tall gentleman with the red hair and beard seemed extremely bothered that he had to help me navigate the menu, and yes I realize it's very small and simple but he gave me nothing but attitude during the entire interaction and kept treating me like I was an idiot. I also have tinnitus so I had a difficult time hearing him as he tended to mumble and talk quietly and when I would ask him to repeat something again nothing but sass. I only went here because Pekoe is closed on Sundays but I'll never come here again if this is their standard for customer service. The coffee and tea I ordered were great but it wasn't worth the dumpster customer service I had...

Almost 4 dollars for a medium 16 oz iced coffee which contained a completely full, over the top portion of ice with the “concentrated” coffee poured over with room for milk. I bet there was 4 ounces liquid at the most of the 16 oz product. When I asked the servers they did not seem to care that a 20+ year customer was unhappy. I asked what if I ask for less ice? -the response: "We have a higher price for that" Given the gigantic profit on a coffee drink at least they could have offered to make it right. How much would that simple solution have costed you? Half the time you get a very friendly staff, sometimes some staff members can be rather unpleasant. cozy little shop. Only reason I’m holding back a couple stars is due to their tendency to make small mistakes on my drinks. For example one time they made my iced mocha hot, and another time they used whole milk even though I explicitly asked for 2%. Not a huge deal and I don’t like to make a fuss , but it kinda stinks not getting the drink you’re accustomed to getting (4 days of the week every week)...
