I had never heard of this company but looking at the selection of great sourced coffee made me jump on my bike and head to boulder. The surrounding area feels like a Paramount Studio set of houses for filming in Boulder. But it’s worth the journey through the maze to get there.

Got there around three. They close at four. Baristas were super rad and helped me choose a great espresso option. I wanted to try all of them! Great job roast team. I had the natural Colombia geisha. (I think???) Beautiful tropical acidity and balance with a great nutty finish on the end. Loved seeing cascara on the menu too. And perfect iced option for anyone wanting to uncover more of the coffee experience.

As a self-proclaimed coffee nerd who travels extensively and seeks out craft coffee and local roasters in every city I visit, I take my espresso seriously. I've been through about 15 different coffee shops in Boulder over the past two years during hiking trips with my family, and Verb is easily the best, not just in Boulder, but one of the best I’ve visited anywhere in the country.

The shots are pulled with precision, the pour-overs are dialed in, and the flavor notes are clear, complex, and intentional. You can tell this is a roaster that knows what it's doing. The branding is sharp, the vibe is relaxed, and the staff is knowledgeable and genuinely into the craft. This place hits every mark for me.

Hands down my favorite coffee in Boulder! Consistently excellent. Their offerings are delicious and unique, and their team is happy to answer questions or share their knowledge. No dumb questions! Hot drinks are served with sparkling water. A go-to spot to do some work or chat with friends. They have some limited seating inside (small tables, counter space) and a few tables outdoors as well. Only caveat is that it can get busy mid-morning, so might not be the best spot for a big group to hang. In general, a laid back yet bustling atmosphere, where there always seems to be community members connecting with each other. Pastries (gluten-free options) and breakfast burritos (meat and veggie options) too....
