I visited this location around 9pm on a Saturday and used the self-service kiosk to place an order. I ordered 2 soft bean tacos with rice, onions, lettuce, tomato, red sauce, and guacamole. I made sure to request no cheese due to my dairy allergy. I opted not to receive a receipt and provided my email for rewards, assuming the receipt would be emailed or displayed in my rewards account. After waiting for 10 minutes, I took my order out to the car to eat with my parents before our drive back to Denver. Upon opening the first taco, I noticed cheese all over it, despite my specific request. I returned inside the restaurant and asked for a remake. The drive-through attendant became confrontational and asked for my receipt. Although I didn't ask for one, I attempted to access my rewards account to show the order. Unfortunately, I hadn't ordered online or through the app, so there was no record. The attendant responded, "We can't remake this without a receipt, as we can't verify if the mistake was ours or your order was incorrect." This response frustrated me, as I had just placed the order and the restaurant wasn't busy, with only 2-3 other customers present. Unlike a scenario where I had left the premises and returned much later, this was a straightforward situation. I argued that they surely had a record of the order they had recently prepared, prompting the attendant to consult the team member who handled the order. After checking, he informed me that they couldn't find it and suggested the manager would assist. The manager approached and inquired about the situation. I explained my order and reiterated my no-cheese request due to my dairy allergy. The manager assured me he would rectify the mistake. However, he mentioned that they were running low on several ingredients, including guacamole, and asked if avocado ranch would be acceptable. I emphasized my dairy allergy and declined the substitute. After a short wait, the drive-through attendant handed me a bag with a curt "Here." Feeling tired and hungry, I accepted it and Went back to my car. Upon inspection, I found the contents to be disappointingly meager – a tablespoon of beans, rice, and some tomatoes. Rolled up tightly, it might match the diameter of a cigar. The portion was insufficient, likely not even totaling 300 calories. I decided to look up reviews for this location and noticed a recurring pattern of similar experiences. This marked the first time I encountered issues at a Taco Bell franchise. I considered calling corporate but felt it wasn’t worth it. I’ll just avoid this location and advise others to do the same.

I know what to expect at Taco Bell. They are what they are. Lower quality food and hopefully good to great service. I didn’t realize that they put the sour cream at the bottom of the burrito and don’t put it in the burritos so that it’s in the whole burrito. After eating the burrito 70% of the way, and not getting to the sour cream, I opened it up because I thought they forgot the sour cream. However, the sour cream was all on the very bottom. When I asked for them to remake it because I ordered a burrito with sour cream, they refused and got rude. This store seems to have a hard time getting employees as they are more often than not very incompetent, can’t make eye contact. I wish I could serve horrible food and give horrible service at my business and still make money

I ordered quesadilla and chalupa but they were out. It was no big deal since I just wanted taco bell food and it is all the same anyway. I then ordered 3 5-layer burritos which I payed for. Open the bag when I get home and is not only not what I ordered but only 2 burritos had wraps the other was open and ruined the other food that I didn't eat. Also, all burritos were ice cold like they have been sitting in the bag all day. Honestly, they could have given me any HOT food and I would be semi-happy. I mean it is Taco Bell, it sucks anyway. I feel screwed out of money from this location with inedible cold/old food.

Don't listen to the haters, this place is fantastic.

Upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted and guided though the many choices. Since it was 915am, we were able to sample from both the breakfast and lunch menus. If you have never been to taco bell before, I'd highly recommend coming during this overlap period since you will have the opertunity to explore the full breadth and depth of the options available.

It was a snowy day in Boulder so we went with the dine-experience but we had a clear view of the drive-thru and the operations there we also proceeding quicly and smoothly.

Our food was prepared quickly and was ready by the time we had finished at the beverage bar. All drinks are self serve and free refill, which is a nice touch. After much experimentation, we settled on a 50%/50% mix of Mountain Dew Sangria Blast and Mountain Dew Baja Blast. The fruity notes of the Sangria perfectly balanced the otherwise overpowering sweetness of the Baja. Highly recommended.

We started our meal with a Biscut Taco with sausage. While the flavor profile of this taco is very similar to what you might get from a McDonald's sausage Biscut with egg, the taco format makes for a much easier to handle product and keeps the various lawyers perfectly aligned from the first byte to the last. Highly recommended.

For our main course, our server recommended the burrito and crunch taco supreme combo from the extensive lunch menu. The Supreme upgrade adds several interesting toppings to an already solid dish. The combination of flavors and textures made this the highlight of an excellent meal.

Several times during our meal the attentive staff unobtrusively checked in with us to check if we needed anything. They could not have been helpful or pleasant.

My guess is that people who are complaining of slow service and long waits for food are probably coming during overly crowddd rush times. It is totally understandable that an establishment with fresh, tasty, and affordable food and wonderful staff would get overwhelmed.

I'd advise anyone who is contemplating a visit to plan ahead. I'd recommend you arrive between 8pm and 9am to be able to appreciate all this fine restaurant has to offer. Highly...

The service was pretty fast and the employees were friendly. Also the cleanliness of this location was decent and it seemed fairly well maintained however, this was unfortunately not the first time that this specific location had messed up my order. It wasn't a very long or complicated order so I find it interesting how they could get it wrong for the third time upon visiting this specific location. This time, they forgot to include several items that I had ordered and paid for. Thank goodness I requested a copy of the receipt because upon realizing that several of the items I ordered were not included in the bag, I was halfway home and had to drive all the way back there, circle back around through the Drive-Thru to let them know they forgot to include few items that I ordered and paid for. The manager was apologetic and sincere, he made certain I received the missing items as well as gave me a complimentary order or cinnamon twists and confirmed with me several times that I was certain I had everything I needed and that I was satisfied with the service I received. I made certain to thank him and let him know that I appreciated his sincerity and for correcting the mistake in such a professional And Timely manner. So overall it wasn't 2 terrible of an experience, but it was a little frustrating having to go back there when the order was incorrect (yet again). I'm glad that the manager was there however, and the mistake was corrected quickly. Also Ill add that the food was of decent quality as well and I have no complaints about the actual food itself. It was a decent meal and I was satisfied with the food overall along with the affordability of it all...
