The pizza here is great, but so is the pizza at most other pizza places. What makes Cosmo's stand out is the excellent customer service in addition to the delicious pizza! For example, today I went here for lunch to take advantage of the lunch special, which by the way is a great deal. After I had finished eating my pizza, a couple came in to pick up their pizza, only there was a problem, sounds like someone made them the wrong pizza...Yikes! But James, the gentleman working, handled the situation flawlessly, ensuring that the customers not only left happy with a pizza of their liking but they said they will be back. It is these situations that really speak numbers to me, as good pizza isn't hard to find, but excellent customer service is. I will be back for more pizza as well! Would...

Terrible service tonight! We went to pick up our pizza and the guy behind the counter (apparently the manager on duty) argued when we told him they got the toppings wrong and that they forgot sauce on the pizza (when we ordered extra sauce). He told us that’s what we ordered and if we wanted them to remake it, we would have to pay for it... told him if that was the case, we would go to Abo’s and he just shrugged his shoulders.. with that being said, Abos was quick, polite, and delicious! Plus, they got our order right.
