Wing Shack Boulder — Restaurant in Boulder

This was my first visit to Wing Shack Boulder and I was both surprised and delighted.

From arrival to departure Alan ensured we were well informed about their offerings and specials, enjoyed our meals, and answered any and all questions we had.

With his insight we were confident with our order (boneless wings half garlic hot & half Jamaican jerk, seasoned waffle fries, and mini churros).

The menu is vast so we appreciated Alan’s patience and guidance. There are so many options for meals as well as rubs and sauces you could go in every day for a month and have something different.

There was ample seating offering both chairs and my personal fave booths. On each table was a lined metal bowl for any bones (quite clever if you ask me).

Drink options included mango lemonade, two types of iced tea, and Pepsi products.

For the kiddos there’s a “wing shack kids library” and a lil’ chicks menu.

The food came out hot and flavorful. The chicken was crisp and juicy in all the right places & the variety of dipping sauces were fun to try. The waffle fry taste and texture weren’t our fave tho everything else we’d order again. Highly recommend for a quick bite or hosting...

I want to express that I am a long-time connoisseur of your wings, dating back almost 30 years to my first experience with Jim's wings. Recently, I had the opportunity to visit the newly opened Wing Shack in Boulder as I am currently working on a project in the area.

I was impressed to see the place running like a well-oiled machine despite being newly opened. While dining in, I overheard a person, later identified as Darrick, providing clear instructions and guidance to the new employees on how to properly perform their duties. He did so in a friendly manner while simultaneously acknowledging the team's good work. It was around 5:00, and despite a high volume of orders coming in, Darrick was a tremendous support to everyone.

I had the chance to compliment him on a job well done. In my industry, finding someone with such passion and work ethic is rare, and I felt compelled to acknowledge it. I wish Darrick was on my team.

Wing Shack is an absolute gem for anyone craving delicious wings! From the moment you walk in, the inviting atmosphere sets the perfect tone for a great meal. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home.

Now, let's talk about the wings. They offer an impressive variety of flavors, from classic buffalo to unique options like honey garlic and spicy teriyaki. Each wing is cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sauces are bold and flavorful, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. I highly recommend the garlic parmesan wings; they are a perfect balance of savory and buttery goodness.

To top it all off, the sides are just as fantastic. The fries are crispy and seasoned well, and the coleslaw adds a refreshing crunch. Whether you're dining in or taking out, Wing Shack delivers an exceptional experience. Overall, I give Wing Shack a well-deserved five stars! Thank you so much...
