The owner is not a very nice guy. The coffee is okay and the pastry selection is terrible. No WiFi. Grant is a super nice guy to their credit. There are too many good coffee shops in Boulder to see the need to frequent Vic's. To be fair, I live across the street and have frequented this establishment many, many times, so this is not just a one-off fit like many reviewers.
I've edited my review to one star due to poor conduct in connection with review responses by the owner. This, however, is no surprise since the culture of Vic's warrants this type of behavior. Still, it's bad for business. A note on the store itself, it's no Starbucks. They only have iced coffee and what they do have is not much to speak of. My best recommendation is to go across the street to Safeway. There's a Starbucks there. If you're gonna spend $5 on some coffee, you might as well get it from a good place. Vic's does have space for sitting and it's not in a...
