Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Bountiful

I've always loved Jack In The Box and I was happy to see them return to Northern Utah after they suddenly closed their 2 locations back in the late 80's.

A few things I noticed with the new Bountiful location:

1. The receipts say: "West Bountiful", the location is clearly in Bountiful, not West Bountiful. (see picture)

2. When someone orders from the second lane, their order is displayed on the screens in the first lane. Maybe a wiring issue.

3. I ordered a Sourdough Grilled Cheese today. It was Sourdough, it was grilled but there was barely a sliver of cheese on the bun. (see picture).

I was disappointed in the sandwich and I realize the crew is new and learning but that sandwich was totally unacceptable.

My 3 star rating was to help the location be aware...

Got in line to check it out at 1:27 and just left with my food at 1:50. Waited for 23 minutes and there were only 7 cars in front. Def not very fast food lol

Then I ate my burger and I had 2 pieces of what I can only guess were bone? Super hard white pieces that hurt my teeth when I bit them. Really awful quality like every Jack in the Box I’ve had the displeasure of visiting. Making the world’s most mediocre food for a price point that always makes me go “why didn’t I choose any other fast food location”. Between not being effective, quick, tasty, or even fast it is a bummer of a brand and this location is no different.
