Super bummed with my experience today. I found a drink i absolutely love and have been ordering it every morning that I work for a while now. But today my drink was made very poorly. Normally im not one to call and complain- but i dont spend 9 to 11 dollars on a drink for it to be awful due to someone just not blending it long enough. When I called the lady asked me if I asked for it to be mixed/blended. There is literally no where on the app that asks this and I shouldn't have to say that i want the ingredients mixed in instead of just being half assed with powder chunks. This is the only time this has been an issue. I tried mixing it myself for a good 10 minutes by hand to get it decent. Again i shouldnt have to do that when these drinks cost what they do.I wouldn't even be writing this if the lady wouldn't have tried to make it seem as if i was in the wrong for them just not mixing it well. It was very apparent before I even took a drink that they were either in a hurry or careless as you could obviously see it wasnt how it normally is. It's so annoying and I wish they would just tell you what is available instead of reading menu options just to be disappointed. It's probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks but the employees are nice. Whoever runs the inventory supply at the store is not ordering enough food and they run out every single day of most items. If the store is unable to get enough food from their supplier, then they should find a different supplier who can support the demand of this extremely popular store. They need to have an employee whose job is to track what food is available and make sure the employees at the registers have this information. Then they can just say we have x items are you interested in those? Also, the last couple times I have been at the store I have specifically ordered a cold brew with cold foam, and somehow they continue to get it wrong. I had my beautiful nieces who wanted some strawberries and cream frappes, but we wanted to split the frappe into 2 cups. the person working refused to split it in to the other cups himself. He told us “I can give you two cups and you can split it yourselves.” We asked him to do it there since he had the drink already. But he still refused. He also added that they discontinued the strawberries and cream frappe, so he offered another version of it. I was not a fan of what he offered, so I declined and asked for a peppermint choc. chip frappe (no caffeine). He said it was against the policy to make it the way we ordered. However, I came to this Starbucks some time ago and they made it for me! But this worker refuses to make me what I ordered? This was the worst experience at Starbucks I’ve ever had. Very poor customer service. I’ll think twice before I come to this Starbucks again, or maybe I’ll just go to a different one...
