This location would be great if the customer service and food is better. Some of the staff is amazing, and the other ones are a mouth full. Iām always doing mobile order and I donāt understand how do you mess up and mobile order. Reading is the fundamental of life. And I donāt understand if you're reading a computer screen or the machine is printing out orders on a receipt, how can you mess up any orders. And they have the most dumbest attitude itās ridiculous. From the mangers to the crew members, they all have messed up attitudes. Itās so bad to the point where I donāt want to order nothing from there. I feel as thought, if so many customers keep complaining about the same thing, then it should tell you something. Also my daughter was an employee there and got fired on some lies because her mangers and crew members who are older then didnāt teach a 15 year old who never worked a day in her life, on the Dunkinās policy and how Dunkin is ran. The shift manger who had multiple shoes suck up her (blink), and the assistant manger who lied on a 15 year old told me that the reason why she was fired was because she was on her phone, drinking in front of customers and snatching a bag of donuts from a customer, and just standing around. Which was a lie, they put a 15 year old newbie on the register, who never got the proper training she needed to work the front. They all needs a reality check, and when was told about her disrespect she put her hands in her ears and make the gesture of a thing of a mad toddler who just got in trouble by saying blah blah blah. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love Dunkin, but unfortunately this is the worst one I have ever been to... I always have to check my order because 9 times out of 10, it is not correct. Today, I ordered breakfast for my dad and I and he picked it up... he didn't think to check it and some of our food was missing. The people seem nice enough but I am sick of not getting what I paid for... I won't be back.
Edit on 8/17/23: When I wrote the review above, I also sent an email to corporate to express my disappointment in this Dunkin location. I was surprised to receive a phone call the next day from the manager of this location asking me to explain why I was unhappy. When I did so, she apologized and told me that the service I had been experiencing was unacceptable and that they would look into correcting it immediately. She also told me that she was going to give me a free coffee and hash browns the next time I visited. I was so impressed by this that I decided to give them one more chance. Since then, I have gone back several times. My order has been correct every single time since I spoke to the manager on the phone. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered the $6 meal deal via mobile app. My meal was not quite done when I arrived but once I received it I was very disappointed. I received two small pieces of bacon on my sandwich and after verifying on their menu, it looks like I should of received more than that!! The sourdough was so chewy and hard to eat. I always think the hashbrowns are soggy tasting; they are never crispy like you would think of a freshly made tater tot, and stuck together. As it seems that they are always served this way, I have just come to terms to believe that this is just the way their hashbrowns are supposed to be, just not my favorite. Most of the time my drink is ok but today it was just bland and too much water, no flavor and really no coffee. I don't stop at Dunkin often, and after this visit, I think it will be quite a while before I stop again. Otherwise, I think the gentleman who took care of me was very nice and professional. Other than the wait, I had no problem there!! The store seemed pretty clean and not too crazy busy inside, but still a steady flow of customers. Just not my favorite...
