Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Bourbonnais

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would have, but I had to give at least one to write this review. I ordered $50 worth of food (and tip) from Rosatis in Bourbonnais. My order took almost 2 hours to come. I ordered wings and some of the wings were just the "tips" of the wing. not a flat or drum. I also ordered a chopped salad and the bacon was RAW. I called the store, offered to bring back the food and I asked for a refund. They declined. The person working called the owner and called me back and said that a the owner offered 10% off of my next order or they could remake my order. Umm, NO!!!! This order was placed at 6pm and delivered at 8 AND DO YOU KNOW HOW SICK SOMEONE WOULD GET FROM EATING RAW PORK?? This isn't even something that I could pick out of the salad. The entire salad was contaminated. I'll never order from Rosati's again. I should have gone with my usual Sammy's pizza, but I clearly wasn't thinking. Rosati's is HORRIBLE. Who doesn't notice RAW bacon in a salad?? Rosati's should be ashamed. No customer service...

Do not go here. “The manager”(if that’s what he is calling himself) Ron, was very rude over the phone after they delivered the most egregious and disgusting spaghetti and meatballs. I took 2 bites and immediately called and told him issue. He began to try and say there’s no way it could taste bad because that’s how they always do it and they have never received a complaint and then said there was nothing he could do and hung up. I proceeded to the establishment with a police officer in order to receive my refund. He reluctantly gave me a refund only AFTER I told him I had already involved the police and his tone immediately changed. Thank you to the kind officer who came...

I ordered online waited about 40 min. to go pick up bc they said it would be ready in 30. I got there and they said the system was down and they did not receive my order. I never gave them my order again but they said it would be ready in 30 min. I asked for a discount seeing as I now had to wait longer and they said they would do something. But never stated what that would be even after I asked what "something" is. 🤔. Needless to say I got my pizza 30 minutes later and they did nothing for making me wait an extra 30 min. There are plenty of other pizza places in this town that will get my business after this display of...
