Sammy's Pizza — Restaurant in Bourbonnais

Used to be here daily loved there food!! But I will never order from Sammy's in bourbonnais ever again.Since vivid when curb side and delivery is there only means of income you would think they would ensure every order is correct. I have curb side orders and delivery order messed up.Even after calling and speaking with the same manager Every order there's something either missing or not what we ordered on the pizza sure they offered a credit but after literally over 8 times obviously the owners do not have the essential policies in place .Sorry to say you've lost a loyal customer.What great customer service now they remake my order and deliver it to the wrong address and the General manager Missy refuses to contact me because she off and instructs the manager on duty not to remake my food and delivery it.Nor they refuse to refund my order.This place has fallen apart. So a restaurant fails twice and then does nothing...

My family PRE ordered 3 pizzas the day before Xmas eve to have for the family to be delivered at 5pm on Xmas Eve.

At 5:15 none of the food was delivered. Tried to call to see how long of a delay it would be and the line is disconnected. Call the other locations and they are unable to assist because the order was not from their location.

5:40pm still unable to get ahold of restaurant. And no pizza.

I’m fine with there being a delay in the food but the entire lack of communication about whether or not the delivery was even coming at all was extremely frustrating and the reason we won’t be ordering from any of the locations again.

Don't offer Xmas Eve service for pizza delivery and ordering if you are unable to provide the service. Or at minimum, proper communication about the error and ownership of the mistake is basic...

I was so excited to tryout this location, friends and family raves about it! Today me and my boyfriend tried the chicken ricotta pizza. Food was okay, we decided to step outside our comfort zone and try something new. It could have used a sauce but that was personal preference. But as for service I was very disappointed. To start we weren’t really greeted by our waitress, just immediately asked what we wanted. Boyfriend ordered a beer on tap before the pizza, then ordered another before the pizza was served, both were flat. The second beer came out once we were finishing up. I was looking around for our waitress just to remind her about our beer, I witnessed her take a tables order and looked like she was chomping on gum. Overall did not enjoy...
