Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bowie

This morning I was looking for a quick stop at a Dunkin Donuts. I was disappointed in the service provided. I was expecting a drive through, as well, and this location does not have a drive through. There were three things I did not enjoy about my experience: 1.) My order was not correct. I ordered a number 7 (ham, egg and cheese with sausage instead of ham) and if I didn't check my sandwich I wouldn't have known to ask them to fix my order. They did after I asked. 2.) I could tell the employee inputting my order into the POS was new. The manager/owner was grumpy and in a hurry to use the same POS and was disrespectful to the new employee. He essentially rushed her out of the way of taking care of me, and did not speak to her kindly. 3.) They had to continue to ask me what coffee's I ordered and they forgot that I ordered a donut as well because I had to ask them if I could have my donut. Overall, I was able to get what I desired. DO NOT COME! I REPEAT! DO NOT COME! I just placed an order for a doughnut and a hot coffee. The drive-through was so long. Obviously, I know other people order other things, but I should never wait in the line for 10 minutes. Finally, once I got to the window, I was never acknowledge by the worker. The photo is attached so you can see the worker. I then proceeded to tap my phone, He tried to take my phone and tap it for me. Immediately after he taught my phone, he then started scratching his nose with absolutely no gloves on. I felt disgusted. Once I paid for it and he gave me my coffee I’m waiting for the donut that he has in his hand, He walks around with it like a dog on a leash. A donut? Just hand me the doughnut. THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AT THIS DUNKIN WAS HORRIBLE! I had a cashier charge me an additional .50 bc I asked for NO ICE! I asked her why would charge me more more for not getting Ice and she refused to answer. Then I asked for the manager and she stated she was the manager. I then asked for corporate’s number and she said “IDK” I asked for her name and she again said IDK! Never going back there and I will be contacting corporate TODAY!!!!
