Overall, not bad food and drank for 10 people and the bill was less than 200 and they give out a Vets discount. Overall, I gave it three stars since the quality of the steaks was not very good but I didn't really expect it to be either and the steak I ordered looked nothing like the photo on the menu. I ordered my steak Medium and my Mom ordered hers Medium well. Mine was over cooked but I'm not one to send it back over that unless it was well done and my Mom's streak looked cooked very well but overall the quality of the meat...as expected was tough and not very tender. My Mom order sirloin and then complained it was tough, but honestly that's what you get when you order Sirloin. I'll also assume the meat is not USDA Prime but maybe a select or choice which would be expected at this price point. Had never been the Cheddars before and although it gets three stars overall, I would go back. We came in last min with 10 people and the server was really nice and attentive so that's why I gave the service 5 stars. Atmosphere was fine, they gave us a table in the back and we had a good time. Prior to sitting, they already had some croissants on the table with some frosting on them and they were amazing. I also ordered some cheese curds but they were gone so fast before I took a pic. No Cheddars on the west coast, but definitely a good value for a large family.

Well we arrived at the Cheddar’s Restaurant on Campbell Lane at 5pm on Wednesday March 19th, 2024. There was no crowd, or waiting when we entered the restaurant. We were seated promptly at a booth for two not far from the entrance, and near the bar area. Our waitress arrived quite soon after, and said her name was Madeline. She took our drink orders, and brought us their signature honey sweet crescent rolls. They were very good, and we enjoyed eating them. It was quite soon that our server bought back our ordered drinks. My wife had ordered a Coke Zero, or Diet Coke, and I had a Sweet Tea with lemon. The tea was brewed quite well, and was properly sweetened to taste. We next reviewed our menu options, and gave our server our dinner selections. My wife had their Bourbon Glazed Grilled Salmon Dinner over white rice with a bake potato, and steamed broccoli with cheese. My wife said her meal was served hot, seasonly delicious, and very tasty to her palate. I had ordered their half slab of pork BBQ ribs, a side garden salad, and French fries. The ribs were quite tender, nicely seasoned, and deliciously prepared. The BBQ sauce was tangy sweet with a lightly charred caramelized glaze. The meat was very tender, and pulled off the bone nicely with a fork. Our overall experience was very good, and an enjoyable meal was served.

The food was OK. Asked for tea, and got Coke. The appetizer was brought out at the same time as the entree. No appetizer plates. Asked for Tabasco, and finally had to just get it myself. Asked for jalapeños on the cheesesteak, and she brought extra green peppers (not jalapeños) on the side. Had to go to the hostess to get blue cheese because she gave Leah ranch, and never came back to see if everything was OK, which seemed to be the case throughout the meal. Served us a side of fries instead of the salad that Leah ordered. Tried to take Leah’s unfinished drink away. Asked us if we needed any sauces when we were almost finished with the meal (really, I had to get the Tabasco and blue cheese a long time ago) Ultimately, the BNM was appealing. The decor too. The food was ok. The service ruined everything. I hate giving bad reviews. I get it, she could be new… Whose fault is that?

Took my Family This Sunday afternoon, after ordering our meals an appetizers, the lady brought our sodas to the table, in my sons glass was something about the size of a dime floating around in the glass , I kindly asked the waitress if she'd care to bring him another glass of soda, she just oh ok, not I'm sorry or checked too see what it my of been floating in the glass. Then later after 40 mins or more the waitress explains the meal was on its way out. The couple behind me were having problems with there meal they'd asked to speak too someone. I kindly again told the waitress its okay your busy were fine take your time. Our meal arrives the plates were placed to each of us but my son they didn't bring he's food I asked will he's food be out shortly we pray before eating ,so we waited for my sons food to arrive. Later it still never came I asked again the waitress will he's food be out soon it had been awhile, she says yes it'll be right out, an walks away. Again several minutes later another lady comes too the table explains the pot pie my son ordered wasn't gonna be given too him they didn't fix it. Said it would of took 30 min. This review is based on a visit during the covet 19 virus pandemic. First off I can't thanks for hostess the waitress and everyone else in the restaurant for wearing their masks as they provided their usual service. Also many tables were simply closed in order to preserve 6 ft of space between patrons as they were seated. They are working off a reduced menu which fits on a single 8 1/2 by 11 page, which means they don't have to constantly clean the larger full menu and can instead print off a new menu for patrons as they come in. This ensures that the virus generally isn't on the menus at all. They also keep cleaners at least an hour area visible and marked as keep with the section number. I ordered the white fish with lemon pepper corn and green beans. My my friend ordered the steak and tenders combo with broccoli cheese casserole and something else I've completely forgotten. We also ordered the spinach dip as an appetizer.

Drinks came back almost immediately. Our sweet teas were sweet but not southern sweet if you know what I mean. Croissants drizzled with butter we're also served. The spinach dip was hot or at least the plate was and the spin dip itself was also hot but not burning. My fish was perfectly cooked on a better rice, with a green beans and corn as sides. Green beans were a little sweet corn was buttery. My Buddy saved half his meal for lunch later. His steak was cooked to medium and his tenders were not heavily breaded which is something I personally hate.

Overall, given all the challenges of providing food during this pandemic and the quality of the...

I wanted to share some things about mine and my families experience to your restaurant. We typically love our experience there which lead me there. I was sadly dissatisfied and disappointed.

When we arrived (2:30p) we waited about 30 to 35 minutes to be seated. There was several tables open however when I questioned about them i was told they are not useable. When we finally got seated which was the section of tables I was told was not "open". We then waited another 15 minutes just to put in our drink orders in, when we finally got our drinks two of them was flat and we waited another 10 minutes to get those. We ordered appetizers as soon as we put in our drink order. Another 40 minutes later our appetizers came out with our food. Since the table we was placed at was small for our family of 5 so therefore we was forced to box up our appetizers and not enjoy then hot and fresh. Our food was wrong there was sauce on things that shouldn't have, two of daughters food was wrong entree which forced them to wait another 15 minutes for them to get food. I received one refill the entire almost 3 hours we was there. The food tasted old and the mac and cheese was terrible. The server never gave me ranch for my salad and my husband had to request multiple time to get wet naps for his hands from the ribs. It was a terrible experience all the way around. Which we paid almost 100 dollars...
