Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bowling Green

Nine months ago I bragged on this Domino's. I certainly hope tonight was just a bad night for them but not sure...their overall rating on here has certainly gone down from when I put in a review back then, so I'm thinking this might be a common thing. First, the delivery took a LOT longer than I would have thought being the store is not even three miles away!!

Second: Cold pizza, literally looked like it had been made yesterday!!! And no sodas (said they were forgotten) when I had ordered and PAID ONLINE for 3 sodas!!!

Third: I tried at least 3 times to reach them by phone afterwards. I never got anyone....I was just on a LONG hold!!!

Fourth: The pizza tracker feature didn't work right either. It showed the pizza was delivered down the street!!! I was freaking out until I saw someone pull up and ask if I was waiting on a pizza!! SMH I had also put online (using THEIR "feature") that I wanted to be notified by text when the driver was six minutes away. That didn't happen either !!

Definitely putting in a complaint with the manager AND their home office next week. From all the other bad review details here, they might want to just close this store...

I called after picking my food up, the knots were so soaked in garlic butter it was running out of the box as he handed it to me through the car window. All over my work uniform and seat. I get back to work as I'm on my 30 min lunch break. The food is inedible, I called twice the first time on hold for 8 min the second time on hold for 9 min. When so.eone finally answered I had 2 min to clock back in for work. I explained everything to the worker he put me on the phone with a manager. Who then proceeded to tell me I was talking to fast and they were understaffed but did not want to hear what was wrong with my food. I ended up not getting to eat lunch and spent my whole lunch break on hold with freaking dominos. The new cheese dip bowl tasted like ranch dressing and was awful. They told me it was Alfredo sauce which the add says nothing about it having Alfredo sauce in it. Also neither of them cod tell me what was actually supposed to be in the cheese bowl. I wanted my money back or a replacement and have gotten nothing or a response from the 31w bypass location in bowling green ky. This will be mine and my families...

I order from here often, this particular pizza is ok at best, burned cheese and cold ham...plus online says come in but you can't (which is fine with me) tried to advise employees what it said online just in case they have issues with another customer and was treated like I was bothering them. The customer service could stand a boost as well. Not sure if service is down due to covid but if I keep getting this kind of service I'll go to another location. Update: went in today to pick up order was greeted right away, told them I had an online order and got it within 60 seconds. About to leave and realize I need Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper. Felt like I was interrupting the dudes conversation, not sure or here you go. Just grabs it hands it to me and turns around to finish his story. Well alrighty then…do better folks not gonna change the rating though. Update to my update: got the new stuffed cheese bread which was more like a stuffed lump…changed my rating this is ridiculous....
