Q Coffee Emporium - Waterbury — Restaurant in Bowling Green

This is just my opinion:

Firstly, I’ll say that the service is amazing and I really like everything about the place itself! I’m just not a fan of the drinks.

The drinks are perfect if you like super sweet coffee/tea but it’s way too sweet for me.

I’ve tried multiple drinks from the lavender matcha to a London fog and every time I’ve gotten a drink, the flavoring way overpowers the espresso/tea. I got an iced mocha latte it tasted just like chocolate syrup. Couldn’t even taste the coffee.

I drink lattes, cappuccinos, etc. often and love them. Most of the things I’ve tried from here though have made my teeth hurt from how sweet it was. It’s like I’m drinking straight sugar and I feel like I need to drink a lot of water afterwards.

Compared to pretty much everywhere else I’ve been, I’m just not a huge fan. I like my drinks to taste like coffee with a hint of flavor, not flavor with a hint of coffee.

It's OK. The seating is definitely better than Spencer's which can only be described as "GTFO" seating. Because their seats suck. Q's is better. I like their booths but there's one that the regulars avoid. It wobbles worse than a drunk toddler. And dear God, the amount of dry begging from the cashiers! They just push the register screen toward you. I expect them to chase us to our seats and hit us. If they always brought the stuff to the table ok. But they are doing that less and less. Today they didn't even bother putting it on a plate so now I have to worry if she spit on it. Not making me want to come back, really. Do they get paid that little?? If you're diabetic, forget it. $9.00 for just green...

Every morning I am here getting my coffee! 😁 The staff, Jacob, Hope, Charlie, Delaney, Colby as well as the manager at this location, are exceptional! My coffee is always made to perfection! I cannot thank them enough for starting my day right! Let’s just talk about how amazing the pizza & baked goods are!! We order coffee & breakfast goods here for work weekly! The atmosphere is very inviting & kid friendly with outside screened in part as well as a fenced in part with corn hole boards! The drive through is continent and easily accessible. I must admit; I even buy the t shirts to support them and spread the word! By far- hands down; my favorite people, coffee shop & go...
