I went inside to order and I waited there for at least 5 min and no one came to the counter. I understand the understaffing issues so I continued to the drive through to maybe get their attention better there was a person in front of me. They seemed to have no problem they ordered and they got their order given to them within a reasonable time. When I pulled up to the speaker the worker rudely said “give me a minute”. I was nice and said ok. Again I understand frustration in unstaffing. After about 7 min he said “go ahead” I continued with my order. He said “what fruit” I said no fruit. Smoothie King is the perfect place for someone who is looking for a protein packed smoothie after a hard workout or for someone who is just looking for a nice tasty smoothie. They have a great selection of high calorie smoothies, meal replacement smoothies, and even lean fruity smoothies. In addition to the smoothies they also have a great variety of protein bars, cookies, and powders. They have energy drinks and B-12(another energy supplement). As for their customer service I would give it 4 stars. For comparison 5 stars would be Chick-fil-a. The price can be a little expensive, but its worth it. To be honest I’m not sure where to start, maybe the fact that it’s 8:40pm and the employees are turning away multiple customers in their drive thru. The employee states “we lost track of time and cashed out our drawer already and they can no longer accept orders”. I understand if this happens once, but 2 nights in a row? I’ve honestly kept going here despite the non-stop bad attitudes from every night shift employee due to the flavorful smoothies. I hope the owner or manager goes on the camera and sees this happening. Absolutely unreal, I’ve literally never left a bad review on anything let alone have the urge to leave a review.
