Hardee’s — Restaurant in Bowling Green

Workers are nice but orders are messed up quite frequently in evening till around closing time which is definitely a concern. I couldn’t imagine how many customers orders get messed up or burgers burnt up like ours have ordering Dads food . He is in his eighty’s and Hardee’s of-course is a place he likes to go like a lot of elderly individuals like to go eat at . Hamburgers are always burnt and dry in the evening till around closing time . Rarely do they have any tea made 7pm and after. We have to come all the way back just to have them fix Dads order with his burgers. They are nice but the individuals who are at the window or on the grill at times need better communication and to make sure meat isn’t burnt up and dry and order is correct. They definitely need to replace the ones who aren’t able to fufill job duties and or retrain these individuals so they can be productive individuals in society and take pride in the work they do. Wednesdays through Saturday evenings and at night is when he usually likes to get his food. I would strongly suggest the ones who work these shifts get some retraining or get replaced before Science Hill Hardee’s gets more of a bad rep. I just wanted breakfast like normal, but I can't leave my home to get anything at this time. Covid has made life hard (I am currently positive 😐). I can't taste or smell anything, so I guess it shouldn't matter about what I am picky about eating really, but texture and quality are all I have to hold onto as far as food goes right now. Between exceptional food prep and delivery, this is one of my favorite meals in over a week even though I can't taste it. Thank for the service, not forgetting ketchup (just miss the texture 😊), and the wonderful note you left me. Best Hardee's in the country ✌️.

For those below me and before me on this page throwing shade like it's going to earn you royalties, it is a fast food establishment. There will always be consistencies and inconsistencies, much like life. So if you have a bad experience on some off chance, anywhere, not just this restaurant, kindly save it and reflect on it. No sense in hurting someone's business (not sure if it's franchised or not, but still). Trust me when I say that any bad idea you put out there about any place someone makes a living, can and will come back to hurt your way of living too. Update.... this location hasn't gotten any better.... I came through the morning ordered a loaded omlett biscuit, a double loaded omlett biscuit, and a biscuit and gravy... was charged for the extra omlett get home and they gave me two single loaded omlett biscuits... Not to mention I sat in the line for 10 minutes, and at the window it's self for another 5 and the biscuits were cold... what a joke.....
