Oh where do I start. If it wasn't for being a busy family and needing something cost effective and "quick" from time to time, we wouldn't even come here! This is the 4th time since December we have ordered from here and as much as I hope it would get better, it just gets worse. Tried calling about 2pm and nobody answered, so I go in and Eminem is playing so loud it sounds like a night club. The guy took his sweet time finishing his conversation in what I assume to be the office doorway, worked his way to the front, didn't bother turning the music down. Acted like my order was a bother, a cheese pizza, a 3 meat and Italian cheese bread. Front door of the warmer was hanging off, one of the hinges clearly broke with 2 pizzas in them. Now waiting for my order because nobody bothered to answer the phone. Go in to pick up my order and the music is still blaring, come to find out they charged me for more than what I ordered. Said I wanted refunded for the item I didn't order. The cashier said I could just keep it and he would give me an additional cheese bread for the mistake🤯 NO! first of all there are 4 of us and we wouldn't eat it, 2nd I asked for a refund! He leisurely walked to get the manager who argued with me because I said maybe if it didn't sound like a night club they could hear orders. This was by far the worst of many bad experiences at this location. It's getting to the point I'll just spend more ensnare to not deal with the absolute childishness and carelessness of the staff that works here. I work in the restaurant industry and I really do understand mistakes happen. Had they been slammed and just really busy and the mistake happened, not an issue. However when it is clearly dead, the store is filthy with broken equipment, staff who clearly doesn't care etc., then in my opinion there is absolutely no excuse for this absolutely...
Read moreNot sure who is choosing the staff. But the last few times I went there. It was a nightmare. My family likes the new thin crust option. When ordering it is a challenge. I feel like I am speaking another language. Last time I asked for large pepperoni thin crust extra most bestest pizza. But was told that doesn't exist. Even though there were multiple signs of the pizza with the blue ribbon that said EXTRA MOST BESTEST. She explains that it is not for thin crust. Even though I told her I have gotten the pizza several times since released. I even saw a commercial about it. Where they talked about thin crust pizza with the most cheese and pepperoni. So finally being more than frustrated. She told me I can get it with xtra cheese and pepperoni. But I paid 5 more dollars. It is supposed to be 6 dollars for a large thin crust extra most bestest. I even heard an ad on the radio the other day. It confirmed I was right. Makes me more mad. My kids like the pizza. So I will just go to another location. Save yourself the headache. Oh the kicker was, she asked the manager if she was right and he confirmed. Wow! I used to work at a little Caesar's a long time ago. It was in Kmart on the other side of town. It was...
Read moreEvery time I come here, I have to wait nearly 30 minutes for sometimes as little as 1 pizza. It's not during busy times either. I have gotten to a point where we order ahead and show up like half an hour later. Today was a great example. I was 25 minutes after ordering and still had to wait. There was only one other person in the lobby. It's not like it was busy. They never added the dippers I ordered, also when I got home I realized they never gave me the 2 sodas I ordered to go with it. It happens every single time when I go to this location. I used to manage the fostoria one, and my god I would have lost my job if the store was like this. I've seen people get irate (rightly so) (wrongfully in yelling) by having absurd wait times and still getting the order wrong. I don't even order anything special. 2 pepperonis usually (maybe 3) and 2 cheese breads. It's abysmal service and standard for "hot and ready". Try calling? Good luck getting...
